Not a very reputable business. Jerry Engler installed a new roof and gutters in the early 2000's. I asked for a copy of the work. He said he doesn't have it, that he doesn't keep records for 'cash jobs'. I had him do a repair on 3/8/2024. The roof is still leaking after he was here. I've been waiting for a response from his company, since my email sent to him on 3/13/2024. No response, but sent another invoice with interest charged. I emailed again yesterday and left a voice message today. Why would I pay for work that didn't fix the issue 🤔
