I recently used Paradise Builders to build a deck on my new construction home. The selection process was very straight forward and everyone was very helpful. Paradise Builders did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom and master bathroom. Walls and flooring were removed to create an open concept for the kitchen and dining/living rooms. Demolition went smoothly and was cleaned up by workers. Last year, paradise Builders remodeled our master bathroom and did such a wonderful job that we had them back again to do our kitchen remodel. We did get bids from other remodeling companies and Paradise was very competitive.Scott was our sales rep and he went with me to make selections and encouraged me to follow through on some selections that I was reluctant to make because I had not seen my ideas used in any other kitchens. I am so glad I did and they are fantastic. I am so happy I didn’t chicken out. He allowed me time to go through my creative process and now I have the kitchen of my dreams.Brett was our project manager. Using BuilderTrend, we knew when contractors would be coming and work being done because it was in the schedule. I can’t say enough about Harold, who is a jack of all trades. Everyone involved, Paradise employees, and the sub-contractors that they used in the project did very good work and were courteous, and patient with us asking questions on the occasions that we met. We contracted Paradise Builders to finish our lower level and they were wonderful to work with. The design process was exciting and the 3-D modeling allowed us to virtually see our finished space before we ever started. Went from not very functional with only 2 drawers and not the best layout to perfect for every day with 14 drawers, a spice cabinet and plenty of cabinet and counter space! We had Paradise Builders add a screened porch onto our house and while we had a few rain delays, Ron and his crew did a fantastic job. The interior is all cedar with a concrete floor making it virtually maintenance free. We go through the Parade of Homes every year and must say none of the homes with a screened porch this year even come close to the style, quality and look that Paradise built for us.
