A couple years ago Robidoux brothers did our gutters. They were timely, professional, clean and friendly and did a great job! I wanted to replace our front storm door this year which is wood and custom arched. I reached out to Robidoux Brothers again and they did not disappoint. Same service as last time. Here is our before and after pic (before pic is the door that came with the house - we did NOT choose that ourselves!) I LOVE the new one!! It looks so good! They did a great job! We hired Robidoux bros several years ago with siding on our home and wrapping the windows, they were very professional & prompt. We were so satisfied with the siding, that we then had our roof, gutters, windows replaced and gutter guards installed! We also had a sky light installed that now makes the room bright and welcoming. We love all the compliments we received, the neighbors started updating their homes! Great service, very satisfied. We hired Robidoux Brothers for new roof install for a single family home and detached garage in Dec 2019. They were quick, no non-sense when it came to discussing the project and picking out materials but we were not rushed. The quote was straightforward and competitive. We appreciated their approach and execution so we used them again on a similar project in April 2020. They continued with the same professionalism with the quote and completion of the job. They did excellent work and cleaned up site afterwards. There were no issues with getting them on the site to complete the contract which can be the case with some contractors. There was no opportunity for us to worry about the completion of the contract. We had a solid experience with them and have recommended them a dozen times since.Service: Roof installation

I just wanted to start by saying that I don't normally do reviews but when I do business with a company like Robidoux Brothers I have to spread the word. A little while back I had a leaky roof that I had several other companies look at and not one could fix. I called Craig @ Robidioux brothers to see what he could do, he fixed it in 5 minutes and it hasn't had any issues, since than I had them install new patio doors and couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and professionalism of crew. This is the kind of company that I look for and I WILL do business with them and recommend again and again. Thank you Craig and the crew too.

I had Robidoux Brothers replace 10 of my crank-out windows with Unlimited slider windows and replace my sliding patio door. Most were very large windows, some were even tri-paneled ones and the job was very expensive at close to $25,000. When the job was "done", I noticed water would accumulate in some of the windows' slide trays and sit there for hours, even days . The water was not draining out of the weep holes on the windows for some reason and I wanted the issue fixed. I held off paying for the second half of the job total until the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. They sent out both their guys and Unlimited's guys several times to "fix" the issue but it was never fixed. Robidoux Brothers finally told me that what I'm experiencing is "normal" and there was nothing they could do for me. "Normal" for water to sit in the window sliding trays? RIDICULOUS! I never had any water pooling and sitting in my new Marvin windows I had installed in my former home.Craig Robidoux was very rude and unprofessional with me and told me I had to pay the job in full or I would have a lien put on my home. Of course I paid them the full amount and there was never, ever any concern that I would not pay for the job so he did not have to treat me so rudely. I do NOT recommend Robidoux Brothers for any work!They also replaced my roof and while that job was completed without issues, their workers didn't clean up my property completely and I ended up with a roofing nail puncturing my vehicle's tire. I told them about it and they never offered to pay for my tire repair.I believed their sales pitch and how they're such a stand-up family-owned company blah, blah, blah but in the end they did not provide value for the product and service I received.

Had Robidoux give me an estimate for a new roof. This winter and ice dams were terrible. I had several estimates from different companies. One was cheap, two were sky high, and Robidoux's was reasonable. John, the estimater found things quoted by the other companies that simply were not needed and explained that what their very experienced team would do would be better than the others offered and would be covered by a 40 year warranty on shingles and lifetime on labor. Robidoux has been a family owned company for a very long time and you just don't last very long if your work is not good. I now enjoy my new roof, seamless gutters and Raindrop gutter guards. (We just had a hard rain and thunder storm last night. All dry here!)

They did my roof 2yrs ago, upstairs windows last year, and I just signed to have our downstairs windows replaced this fall. Had them change my roof and put on new gutters. It took longer than was told for the start day because of all the rain we had this year. Once the day came they did a great job and I now have a new roof. The only thing is they could've done a better clean up around the house..otherwise very happy with the service and the product.
