They are super helpful and responsive. I had an issue on the weekend and he got right back to me same day.They will work to make sure they can get you in quickly if you have an emergency.I thought that I had an issue that was related to a flashing repair that they did (turns out it was not related to what Zenith did. There was a separate problem from a previous roofer. The same previous roofer that caused the chimney flashing to need to be repaired). Thankfully the problem was really minor and they helped me out by fixing it real quick for free.I will definitely be using them when I need to get my roof replaced next time. They are reliable and back their work up.

We had Zenith replace our roof and wrap our wood trim. We enjoyed working with Lauren throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Zenith Roofing and Construction went above and beyond our expectations for our Roof replacement and new gutter installation!We had received so many estimates from local companies and as most people know, the prices and quotes were all over the place (some even outrageous), even for apples to apples products. We ultimately did our research on the company and products being used, and chose Zenith Roofing. Lauren was professional and efficient with our initial visit to discuss our roofing needs and was not high pressure. We did not get the typical sales tactics with her as we did with other guys that came out. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable of the products they use, but also with explaining our current roof condition and why a new roof would benefit us and our needs. She gave us 3 options to choose from, and delivered her estimates in the time frame she said she would (other companies never even sent the quote).The communication from the office kept us in the loop up until day of installation and even got us completed before the original estimated install date. :) The crew was here early and worked all day to get the job completed, the gutters were installed the next day. The clean up was done and was again, better than I had anticipated!10/10 service from this company from start to finish! Love supporting a local company who is very honest and affordable!
