We had our roof and gutters done with these guys was supposed to be done in a week it took over two weeks they didn’t show up when they said they were going to they damaged our siding. The gutters we got in less than 6 months were falling off. They have been avoiding our calls and msgs to fix something they are liable for. I do not suggest using them!

I have used right choice construction for many of my remodels. They have a lifetime warranty that is worth it all. I had my windows replaced all throughout my rental property. They put gutters around one side of the rental and when the nasty storm came through last year they were needing to be looked at. A gentleman named Paul came and adjusted everything and did a great job. I will let people know to use this company for any of their home remodel needs!

Edit: the owner and I have been speaking about this. He very quickly sent someone to fix my basement shower. The salesman that worked there before that promised me everything no longer works there and that is a GOOD THING. I do know he works for someone different, so if you were pointed to read my review below, know that you were pointed by that salesman im referencing below. I have reached out to Right Choice again to come out and discuss my future business with them. I will keep you updated. They seem to be much better with things thus far.I've had Right Choice do several projects for us. They offer a warranty, but the paper it's written on is the only valuable thing they offered. They don't stand by the labor, parts, or their word. I have had a door done by them, it leaks air, ices over and the frame is about to fall out. We had the bathroom done by them and the shower has leaked since day 42, and it's been years now that they say they will fix it. The salesman promised us things that have proved to be nothing but empty promises. We are very disappointed in this company. Buyers beware. They speak and talk a good game, but suck at delivering on any of they words.

We contacted this company as they advertised repairing of storm windows. We got a 20 minute presentation of window replacement. I've worked in the industry and our windows are fine. Then we are given a 10 minute Power Point review of this "professional company". After I declined their offer of new windows, I am then told they no longer do storm window repair. Hmmm. They apologized and "simply" forgot. Then they quoted a replacement door for +5000 dollars? Then when I was polite and declined, "we'd need to think about it", The price dropped to $3500, but only had until 4:00pm to make the decision. Oh..then the special offer, if we make the decision right now before they leave, the price is $3100 after a "special call back to the office" This company is nothing but scammer taking advantage of people. Complete Fraud.

I don’t know what to say, it’s been half a year…had multiple conversation with this company, they blamed it on the glass makers, the issue still stands on the fact that we bought the life time warrantee and yet, nothing happened when we even had calls with the owners. The evidence speaks for itself.Reply: not quite sure how to reply, but you have been talking to my brother Fue about our window installation’s in January. I am following up on the lack of action taken to get new windows and I find the inability of your company to follow up on the contract of our lift time warranty appalling.

We had basement done with Raman, and it was our experience was top notch. Starting from the day one to getting the final certificate, we found Raman to be very cooperative and responsive.I would recommend anyone who is going for basement or renovation to reach out to Raman!!!!

They told us that our window and screens were life time warranty for anything that would have happened too them !!! We have been trying to get one of the screens fixed for over six months..now they said that they have to check on the warranty for ten time and no one gets back to us ..I call them and send them pictures and yet nothing...

So, We thought we were getting a great company to put 3 new windows in , but apparently they just want your money. Had a estimate done was impressed with the guys. We put money down and we have not heard anything from them since June 2023. We called them twice . First time it was it's only been a month. The second time oh the guy came and remeasured your windows, of course it was coming up on there 8-14 deadline, No call about it and we weren't home so he measured from the outside they say. That was in August . Still no Windows . No communication with us at all.

Had new windows installed and very disappointed with the quality of the product. I Do Not recommend this company. First off with the price they quoted me, roughly $20,000 for 11 average windows, I was expecting them to replace the windows by completely removing the old ones to install new ones. Nope, just removed the old window panes and left the old casings as the new frames. Second, they bragged up that this product is the highest quality. As you can see in the pictures just a few of the quality issues from gaps in the seals to ripped screens. At least half of the windows have things to be repaired. Third, they did come with a 50 year warranty but when I contacted them about repairs, I was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks before they contacted me back! Really?!?!? 4 to 8 weeks to be contacted to fix brand new windows? Finally, fourth thing, way over priced. Once I saw the quality and installation process I know I could have done it myself for a fraction of the cost. At least the installation crew did a good job.Update: It has now been over two weeks since they replied to my previous review stating that they “would contact me right away” and I have not heard anything from them. I guess why would they, they already have the money. Maybe they don’t care that bad reviews cause them to actually lose business.Another Update: 4 weeks now and still have not heard back from the owner. I even contacted the company about it over a week ago. So it’s been over 8 weeks since initial install and I still have windows I can’t open because of bad screens.

$16000.00 for siding on my home and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They took forever to get it done with lots of broken promises. My husband got 3 flat tires because of the screws they left all over.they cut the holes for the lights way too big so rain gets in there.and now the siding is falling off. I had a promise that someone would take care of this multiple times and still nothing. The phone is always busy so you can't get in contact with anyone now. Looks like it's Time to call the attorney.

I had right choice construction come and replace most of the windows around my house a couple of years ago. They included life time warranty on all the windows but this January the window started to crack, at first it was small and I contacted them about it and wanted it to be replace they said they will contact me back they never did. The following weeks I contacted them again because the window cracked got bigger and spreading. They said they have contacted the window company and will contact me back but they never did. A month later the window cracked completely and my nephew (2 years old) got his fingers cut by them I contacted them and they said the same thing that they are trying to contact the company. Now they have turned off their phone number and there’s no way of contacting them. Their phone number has not been working for the past 2 days. I need my windows fixed with that life time warranty but it’s posing a danger to the children around the house! This is frustrating and irresponsible of the right choice construction. At this point looks like they are the WRONG CHOICE CONSTRUCTION! It seems when they want your money they will be quick but when they have to fix something because of their warranty they boost about they don’t care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Especially don’t buy into they “life time warranty”

Do not recommend - awful customer service. I paid for a window in full on July 8, 2022 in order to receive a discount. Per the contract, the window should have been installed within 8-14 weeks. I called the company numerous times for updates. Every call since resulted in the reply that my concern would be passed along to the front office and someone would call me back - I have not received any calls nor replies to my emails. I asked for a refund in January, February, and in April, also with no follow up/feedback. I have since disputed the charge on my credit card and filed a complaint with the BBB. I recommend checking the BBB site to read about similar concerns before you sign a contract with them. As of today, they are not accredited and have a F rating.Updated to add: despite the reply from the company in this review (two weeks ago) Right Choice has not reached out to discuss my concerns.

Kevin and Scott came to my home to give an estimate on window replacements. I absolutely loved Scott! He was professional, kind, and answered all my questions. Main issue was with Kevin who was unkind, rude, and condescending with his interactions with Scott. He kept interrupting Scott when he was trying to answer questions and became unusually aggressive when order was not entered into their system correctly. To be honest, I would have gone with is company if it was only Scott representing Right Choice Construction. Picking the right people to be the face of your business is key and the mark was missed with Kevin. Went with a different company.

Had them replace old windows. Did a quality job installing them I thought. Now 1 of the windows will not stay open when we open it. I called them 3 times to get them to do warranty work on it. The 3rd time I was told they would get back to me as soon as they had someone in the area. Now it's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard a word from them. These windows are supposed to have a 50 year warranty. So why the run around. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. If they don't return a call soon I am contacting the BBB.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS FOR ANY PROJECT. They put in windows 2 years ago & have not fixed the window they put in crooked to date. Mouthy witch in the office hung up on me when I called upset with the business ( I use the word "business" loosely) for not fixing the window FOR 2 YEARS. That's on top of the salesman outright lied about instalation and insulation practices. Reporting company to AG office for fraudulent business practices and have consulted an attorney for follow up after we hire someone else to fix the window. You will not get any follow up OR any warranty coverage on any construction done incorrectly by this company.******UPDATE*****I see there was a reply by this business claiming they tried calling us several timed & we didn't answer. LIARS. We have a landline with vm & NO calls or messages have been received by this company.

The positive reviews must be from relatives or something. You might as well burn your deposit money because then you'd at least get heat from it.

Tyler & Brett came to our home two days after subbing a request on Angie's list for our kitchen remodeling estimate. They were both very professional, personable and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and help us narrow down choices, as my husband and I have opposite decorating taste. They also explained things in a process that was easy to follow. The part I appreciated most was, even though it was late in the evening, I never felt like they were rushing through our questions to get home; their attention was on us and what they could do for us.

We had all of our windows and 3 exterior doors replaced by Right Choice Construction. They were wonderful to work with and explained the process very well. Great service on the installation! One of the windows had a small scratch from the factory - Right Choice Construction was out right away to inspect the window and put in a warranty claim. Having such a great warranty gives us peace of mind! We will be having them do our interior doors this winter. I would recommend this company to everyone!Service: Remodeling

Right Choice did our siding, soffit and fascia as well as our new deck in November of 2021. They repaired some siding issues right away when it was brought up to them but since have failed to respond to me at all when reaching out about things that should be covered under their warranty. My deck railings never had any supports under them so now they are warping, bars are loose and falling out in the railing and there are multiple areas where screws are missing or were never put in. All i want is a response and for someone to come take a look at these issues and they have failed to so much as oblige my concerns. For what i paid for these projects I should not be dealing with these less then 2 years in.

Scam owner with a shady history. Rich Copus was attempting to sell wincore double hung windows for 2700 dollars a unit. Doesnt pay or deliver and fulfill promises. Renamed company and has a reputation as a crook by the local community of westby. Does not do business locally for this reason. Riding around ripping people off on 90k prefab sunrooms straight into his pocket and foolishly excessive lifestyle. Everything that is wrong with the home improvement industry. Inflated egos of liars and self serving sociopaths.

Right Choice has installed my new shower and tub surround, and remodelled my bathroom. They have installed new windows in nearly my entire large house. For each project, they have been all I could have asked for. The results are good quality and look beautiful. Working with them has been a breeze! We had them replace the last few windows we needed in a our recently purchased home. Each person we have spoke with has been knowledgeable!
