Brookens Construction put the roof on ourhome about 4 years ago and today theycompleted two more roofs for us. From thebeginning of the process everyone therewas helpful, attentive and made surethat I knew what was going on every stepof the way. Aaron was great to work with and got us set up the right way from the beginning. Megan was very kind and got us scheduled and rescheduled promptly (we had a rain delay) and gave me pertinent updates and things to expect. Cody was our project manager and he was awesome, he made sure both crews had everything they needed and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end. The crews did great work and were friendly and professional. The yards look just as good as before and the roofs look 10 times better. If you want the process to be easy I would go with Brookens.

I would highly recommend Brookens Construction! We had a bad hair storm in October of 2023 that damaged our house and my car. Brookens and all of the people I worked with along the way from sales to in office and the project manager were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They kept me in the loop every step of the process which was a great experience. Kudos to Darren, Oshiona and Cody (and Chad the window wrap guy) who all did an exceptional job!

Brookens did an amazing job replacing our roof after our hailstorm damage. This was my first time with this happening, and they were awesome at explaining, helping, keeping us updated, and walking us through the process. The installers were very polite, on time, and did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. Cody, the project manager, was there at the start to see if we had any questions and back at the end to be sure we were satisfied. I had Brookens Const. Put new shingles on my house. They were done in just over a day. The workers were on time both days and worked very hard to complete the job. Cleanup was great and appearance of the roof looks awesome. I would recommend Brookins construction to shingle your home.

April 2024 Brookens replaced our shingles and changed out our old roof vents for new ridge vents. They arrived right on time and got to work immediately. There was a job foreman available at all times in case we had questions or if any issues were discovered. The job went amazingly quickly and smoothly. The entire team seemed to know just what to do and they moved like a well oiled machine. They arrived at 7AM and I was writing them a check by 12:30. Great work - great people

After initially having insurance deny myhail damage claim with another contractor, Darren Jenkins with Brookens helped us appeal and get it approved. Once approved, the entire process from start to finish was seamless, very fast and clean up was great. They even painted our vent pipes to help camouflage them.

Highly highly recommend Brookens Construction. There are SO many reasons, so I’ll try to categorize them.COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT.1. When Chuck first came to evaluate our damage, he provided details of every single possible step. He even met with our insurance inspector to walk that person through our damage. He was also available with any questions pertaining to the claim process. Chuck has an easy, non salesman quality that grabs your trust in the first minute. This job seems like a perfect role for him and it is obvious he takes complete ownership and pride in doing it extremely well.1A. He handed me over to Megan (from the main office). She made sure I knew what the next steps were, let me call and discuss anything that was fuzzy to me multiple times, and then emailed everything to me using Docusign software (LOVE LOVE LOVE the ease of this!!!). Once complete, she gave me a tentative schedule date and followed up to narrow and solidify that date once the weather had warmed up to ensure a proper installation. Her hand off was to Trae, the onsite manager for the day of roof install date.1B. The job start time was 7 AM. The crew was at my house ready to work at 6:30, prepping dumpster placement. Trae was in my driveway before 7 and he explained to me that because there was possible rain in the afternoon, they scheduled two crews to make sure my roof install and all clean up would be done at the highest level of QUALITY. To me, on something like a roof, quality MUST be number one. Trae also walked me through the steps of what id be seeing as they worked. This particular crew had worked together for seven years and so he told me they would be very efficient - but would do fantastic work. Trae was 100% right and when the job was finished (about five hours with 100% great clean up), Trae walked the whole house with me and answered my many questions and asked multiple times if I needed anything. Even after we were done, when I asked for some pictures, he happily provided them to me. Trae is exactly the kind of “put your mind at ease” person you hope to interact with on such an important job. Megan will also be handling the backend communication with my insurance company to work through the certificate of completion, remaining funds releases, etc. Soooo stress relieving !!!!1C. The crew chief (I do not recall his name but believe it started with a J) did an amazing job ensuring everyone was focused on a task and it was clear his team had the utmost respect for him and he for them. I saw him teaching others and people on his team teaching one another - it’s an excellent sign of a strong group.Overall, my wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The leadership over these four people - and really the entire crew who worked on my house - should take the time to thank them for creating a lifelong customer and someone who will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone I know. When other companies told us we didn’t have hail damage, a Brooken’s guy said with confidence we did. We got our insurance adjuster sent out and sure enough we had hail damage. Brookens handled all the work and communication with the home owners ins company. The process was super easy. Their communication leading up to and throughout the roofing process was great. Trae and his crew were very prompt and professional. They took great care to protect my landscaping and returned anything they needed to move (grill, patio table) back to its proper place. They worked fast and cleaned the yard of all the debris. Complete tear off and re-shingle including skylight replacement (and clean up) in less than 4.5 hours. Amazing job!! Thanks guys!!

Brookens construction was on time, finished the job in 1 day, which is less time than they quoted. The guys worked from sun up to sun down. Our roof looks amazing. From the first contact with Brookens till the very end everything was amazing. Customer service was perfect always was available when you needed them. Overall, my roofing project went great! Will was great to work with from an inspection and sales stand point. When there was a hiccup prior to work beginning, I reached out to Aaron, and the problem was solved with some simple communication. John and the roofing crew did an excellent job, with lots of communication throughout the day. I couldn't have asked for a better clean-up job from these hard working guys. Overall, Brookens has been easy to work with, up-front, communicative, and professional. I'll use Brookens again for future projects.

Lied to me about subcontractors doing the work. I told them I wanted the roof done good not fast, a day or two was fine but they were done in 6 hours. Reused some flashing that should have been replaced. Needed to replace skylight After new shingles were on. And the next spring, snow melt was dripping behind new gutter system and gutters were not pitched to drain water.

Brookens Construction just completed my residential roof, and the experience was excellent from the first day I met with Rodrigo right up to completion. After my insurance company denied me coverage (for hail damage) while I was working with a different contractor, I went to Brookens, which suggested I appeal to my insurance company and, with Brookens' guidance and support, I got full coverage! The six-man roofing crew were amazing. They literally worked a 13-plus hour day the first day! And when they finished the next day, they meticulously cleaned up. Chuck and all the Brookens personnel have been a godsend. They have worked with my reluctant insurance company and smoothed every step of the process to replace my roof and all the skylights damaged by hail. Trae and the Brookens crew even arrived early and began to work as soon as their feet touched the ground. Even my neighbors said that they had never seen such a prompt, efficient, and thorough group of workers. They cleaned the site over and over again. Two weeks later I've only found one nail and no debris. What a testament to their work ethic! For personable, reliable and trustworthy service they are tops!
