These employees are so customer friendly. I've even had the owner walk me out to the car and help unload (and I'm not feeble!). I always take my kids because they love going. Sometimes they have free popcorn. We are regulars and have never been disappointed in the customer service!

I had a woman help me find one thing. I had another man help me find another thing. A third person directed me to the correct aisle for a third thing. The cashier was very friendly, too!

The people in this store went above and beyond to make sure I had everything for my project. The young guy that made sure everything fit and worked was the type of person that makes you want to come back to that store as you know you will be taken care of. The lady running the cash register was super nice as well. This place is exactly what your mind pictures as being a small town hardware store.

The prices are actually comparable and the service is unmatched. The timeless "hardware store fragrance" lets you settle into that place that allows you to stay sane as you labor through your significant others "easy project" that "should have been done three months ago". All those lovely thoughts fade away as you browse all those amazing tools your SO won't let you buy as you nibble your free popcorn and slurp your free soda. You, Ace, and I all know you have earned at least that much.

Staff can be hit or miss here. They are helpful but if they don't know you from church or other local venues you will have to beg for help. Ace has improved their lineup now that Tractor Supply moved in. Prices are high but not bad enough to make a special trip to Idaho Falls unless it is a full project

Above average Ace store. Has selection of gifts, some clothes, glassware, wall hangings, etc in addition to the usual Ace hardware products. Friendly helpful staff, easy to find when needed. Plenty of parking. Closed Sunday.

These folks are knowledgeable and very kind. They didn't have what I needed and they ordered it for me within the week I had it. Can't say enough about how these folks take good care of all of us here in the valley.

Going to this business is always fun and always an adventure! I think they have just about everything that's a hardware store can possibly have. The staff are wonderfully in tune to the customer as the service is over the top!

A unique gift store with an ace hardware. No couple can resist shopping here. Free fountain drink with a large enough purchase. I stop here every time I'm in town.

Probably the most well stocked hardware store in this area. A little more pricey than some places.... but you'll spend way more than that in gas going anywhere else. Plus, the people are so incredibly nice there!

Always love Hastings but very expensive. One worker for the Ace department was very helpful. They don't have spark plugs for chainsaws out. You have to ask a worker

These guys are nice but are clueless on paint. Do you own research before you go to the store and ask for advice on paint. We were given the wrong tint will have to redo the entire siding.
