On July 17, 2023 I paid our deposit for the installation of an air conditioning system by check in person. At the time, I was told that I would be contacted "in a couple of weeks" to schedule the installation. After hearing nothing, I reached out to the office by phone on August 7th. A message was taken, and I never received a call back. I called again on August 10th. The woman who answered the phone checked with someone and told me that the installation would happen 'in a couple of weeks."After not hearing anything for more than three weeks, I called numerous times until early October. Each time I either was transferred to leave a message for John or a message was taken by the woman who answered the phone. I never received a call back. I placed a negative review on Facebook in late September. I received a phone call later that day to schedule the installation. It was scheduled for the first week of October. No one showed up either day or communicated with us.After a few unreturned messages, I finally talked to John on October 30th. He said that he would send a check to refund my deposit. I called every couple of weeks to check on it, and have just been able to leave messages with the person who answers the phone.In late January, the woman who answered the phone called John on another line while I was on hold, and John said that he would be sending the check on February 1st. It is now February 21st, and I still have not received it. I have called and left multiple messages with the woman who answers the phone.

Had an appointment first thing in the morning. 30 minutes late I get a phone call from a guy that could barely speak English saying he’d be another 15 minutes. That would have of put them 45 minutes late with no excuses. First time trying to use them and would never try to use them again

We paid for the furnace and never got a receipt that they received payment nor a install date until I called 1 week later from when the money was taken out. Than was told I would have to wait 6 weeks. After a couple weeks I called to find out exact date since I had to be there all day for them to install. I was told that my furnace was in but the guy who schedule installs wasn't in and they didn't know when he would be. So I left a message and he never responded. This went on for about 5 or more calls. When I finally got a hold of him he told me that he would check to see if it was in and would call me back, after I was already told it was, than he never called me back. Than after a few more calls trying to get a hold of him he finally told me a date. I was on vacation but I had some at my house to get it but never they never showed. I then had to call them and ask what happened in which he told me he forgot, and would have it done by the end of the week. I than called him at the end of the week and he forgot again but did finally get it installed that Friday after moving things around. The install team was great. Friendly and professional but overall a horrible place to try to get a furnace as the manager does not communicate.

We bought a furnace/air conditioner from this company three years ago. During the 2023 winter season the furnace stopped working. I called to get a service call. I was informed that they are swamped and not sure when they can fit me in. I was very disappointed and will not use them again.

Have used them for a few years, and have had to multiple times have them recharge our ac unit. They have done regular maintenance on our unit but our unit has had a leak in it for years come to find out and they haven't said anything other than just recharging the unit. They were nice enough and prompt to come out, but when it came down to it we were just paying for a bandaid instead of getting the problem fixed. Now we have to get a whole new unit to replace this un-repairable one. Thank God I got a second opinion on it from someone else. Or else we would keep throwing money down the drain.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Recently had a full furnace and AC unit installed. They were great! Have us a very fair price quote and even with slight changed during installation they honored their original quote. The quality of work was amazing! They have even came out to help with troubleshooting and didn't charge a thing. Will definitely use them for all my heating and cooling needs

I'm very upset with this business. They lied to us about the price over the phone. When the guy showed up all he found that was wrong with my heater was a blown fuse. He didn't have the part on him and had to go back to the shop. When we received the bill we noticed we were being billed for 2 1/2 hrs.He was only at my house for an hour total even with the time of him having to leave and come back. We tried to contact them and no one would return our calls. So my husband stopped into the shop to talk to a supervisor and it wasn't until we told them that we were gonna contact our lawyer about this matter then we got a call back and they weren't happy to reduce the payment from $190 something to $125. I sent the payment out the very next day and now they are trying to charge me a late fee. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks.Service: Heating system repair

Had service technician Joshua over because my furnace was refusing to light properly. The whole process from the phone call to order the service to the service itself was a good one. The receptionist was friendly and got me scheduled right away, Joshua showed up when he was scheduled to on time, was very clean and professional, got right to the heart of my problem, explained what needed to be done in terms that I could understand, and got the problem solved. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend them to anyone who needs service work whether repair or maintenance on their hvac. I will be using them again.Service: Repair HVAC

September 2014 I Signed contract to pay half up front the rest at completion of job I payed 3/4 of bill up front. The end of October they hooked up a new furnace and then I was told it was going to be 5-6 months for them to hook up the rest of the system they said it had to be 70deg outside:(. So I called again in the spring when it was time and asked when they would be out to hook up the coil and heat pump. Well the lady in the office acted like the work was done and asked for payment:(. So I fought to get the rest of the equipment installed. Well about a month later an installer came down just to say the 1 1/8 line set they quoted me couldn't be bent so I would have to find the 90 deg elbows before they come to install it. I got them the next day called them up again. To have them once again demand payment, I told them I would pay for the extra trip down and would pay for the rest when it was done. A month later I get a call to come install the rest of the system, the calls are ALWAYS the same day, no warning at all and both my wife and I work so I've always dropped everything to GET THIS DONE but today I was already in Denver, so I told her I wasn't going to be home. The lady in the office proceeded to DEMANDED payment I told her I would pay when the work was done, but it's been 8 months and the unit is not hooked up, and this is really bad customer service. This made her more flabbergasted and said I would be hearing from John the head of the company to tell me this was going to collections(keep in mind only about 1/4 of the bill was left something like 920.00). A couple of weeks later they got the system finely hooked up and gave me the bill they didn't charge any extra so I cut a check gave them a extra 100 bucks for a wasted trip and dropped it in the mail, about a week later I get an invoice that the job was completed 9 months ago when I sign the contract of labor and so I was more then 120 days past due, that took the lifetime warranty off the equipment that just got hooked up. Plus the system was running so badly I had to call another company to come fix there (His Words) "poorly done work.".So moral of the story if you don't pay over 75% because there taking a long time you'll get the work "poorly done" and you might take a credit hit, or you could pay 100% and then have someone else come and do the job, or you could be smart and just stay away from these guys.I tried to make it the best for them I hooked up equipment like the gas line, set the heat pump, plumbed the drains, plumbed the high efficiency intake and exhaust on the furnace, wired 110 to the furnace, wired 220 to the heat pump, wire low voltage to the thermostat.In 9 Months they built 2 ducts each smaller then 3'X3', hooked up filter box, set furnace and coil, hooked up line set, charged system and ran low voltage wires from furnace to heat pump.

Advanced installed a wall mount heater/air conditioner for our business office in 2016, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Complete professionalism, punctuality, the technicians were polite, knowledgeable and fast. The technicians took the time to make sure we understood the remote control and all of its functions, they cleaned up their work area after completion and even came back a couple weeks later to make sure everything was running smoothly. They even noticed some things on our shop heaters that could save us some money! You can't beat that!

Advanced Thermal Solutions is a great company! They do free estimates and do what they can to help when your furnace or A/C isn't working. I called them at 7pm when my sisters A/C was not working and the tech was at the house within 15min. He did an amazing job and was beyond polite and all around a fun guy to talk to!! Had them come out to hook up a little gas heater. Come out the first time and took the old gas line and said had to order new one be back next week to put it on three week later came back after I call several times and put new one on but couldn't get it to light so had to send someone else back out . Three week and several calls later they came back out. This time he got it working and set the gas pressure. After three times and about 30 minutes of working then sent a bill for 4.50 hours of labor so I called about it and they said John would call me back that was two weeks ago. 30 minutes of work and almost three months and a bill for 500 dollars later still no call back from John.
