In the middle of a major snowstorm with travel being very difficult, had a instance of a furnace which quit working. Technician was able to come out on very short notice and diagnosed a problem as excessive snow on the roof blocking the vent. He was able to diagnose and rectify the situation. He was timely in his answering the emergency call as well as professional in his conduct. Would highly recommend them as the service they provided in this rather emergency weather situation was very good.Service: Heating system repair

I had them put AC into my home at the end of June last year and this year, it's not functioning properly. By the end of the day, my house is 90 degrees. I called and spoke with their answering service and later that morning I received a call back. When I got a call back, the lady solely focused on money and telling me over and over that if they came after hours or put me on the urgent list I would be responsible financially but they're completely booked this week and that's my only option or I can make an appointment next week. I expressed I wasn't worried about the money, this is the only week I'm available because I'm working from home right now and my house is like 90 degrees and I'm worried about my pets. She still focused on my financial responsibilities and kept saying I don't know what to tell you. Absolutely horrible and no help at all! Wish we would of used someone else for AC with this experience and for the fact that our system is only a year old and we already have problems.Service: Install AC

I called on a weekend; asked to be scheduled into regular hours asap; first they said it would be 3 more days before I could be scheduled in; however- they got me on schedule for that Monday. Usual seasonal maintenance which is always good to know system if ready for upcoming season. A/C had not been cooling as well as previously and Wes changed our filter from a high filtration to one of lower filtration and A/C works good again. Good spot Wes !!! We had been using a high filtration d/t Covid and now that that is not the threat that it was, we should not have to rely on the high filtration.Wes was great. Instead of telling me how dumb I was using the high filtration and then wondering why airflow was down, he was very calm and extremely informative and polite. Scheduled an appointment to have my furnace serviced. The woman on the phone to schedule my time was very pleasant and the employee who came to my house called prior to coming. I felt like he was courteous and didn't treat me like a stupid woman, which I always appreciate. He also told me what he found wrong with my furnace and what should be fixed and what could wait if I wanted. He gave me a price and made sure I wanted him to go ahead and complete the recommended fixes. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and trust what was done. Highly recommended! and I will certainly continue to use them for any future needs.

Seth, manager, came to my home and looked at the swamp cooler (evaporative cooler)on top of the house. It is an old one and was not certain how it would do this season. He looked at everything inside and out on the roof and, despite it being old, felt there’s at least another year or two left. We did not test it as it was too cold yet, he’s scheduling me in for early June so he can see exactly how it runs, etc. and what may be in need of replacing or not. Seth was very prompt, kind, professional and was very good at explaining everything to me.

My furnace had been acting up and was not efficiently heating two upstairs rooms above my garage. Kasey came to my house to inspect my furnace and was the utmost professional. First and foremost, he was honest about the condition of my furnace (15 years old) and recommended I keep an eye on a couple of parts that were in good condition but are the major components most likely to fail. Secondly, he educated me on other heating components of my household and went through my house to adjust all my vents so more airflow could reach my upstairs rooms. My wife and I noticed an immediate difference in our son's room and do not have to rely on our space heaters any longer! I was given John's (a tech with Air Comfort) name from a friend this summer when my central air unit went down in the start of the hottest days (of course). I called and left him a message and within 24 hours, he got back in touch with me and came right over to my home. He spotted the problem very quickly (a capacitor I believe) and went a got a new one for me. He installed it, and my cool air was back on just before my home turned into a big sauna! He was very knowledgeable with my type of unit and I was glad he was quick to respond, even when I knew he must have been extremely busy. I would recommend Air Comfort and will be using them again soon for my fireplace!

My furnace quit working during the night when it reached 13 degrees and I called Air Comfort Complete around 7:30 that morning. It was very important to me to get the problem fixed quickly and they had the problem fixed by 10:30. I appreciated the quick service on such a vital issue. I would have given them 5 stars except for the high price I had to pay for the service.

Our furnace went out unexpectedly and they fixed the problem quickly. They checked to see if the part that needed replaced was under warranty, even though they did not install our furnace, and helped us save quite a bit of money. Highly recommend

The company did the air conditioner on my house last summer. They installed a small transformer on the side of the furnace to power the UV light that we bought. I didn't notice that the installers had cut the extra leads off of the transformer rather than safe the wiring up like you're supposed to. This caused the transformer to short out after a few months and catch on fire.It took over a month of me constantly calling and texting to get the light wired correctly, and working again.1/5 would not recommend their services to anyone at all.

After alittle confusion about someone coming out to look at my air conditioner, someone was suspose to come wed , so at 5 I called , they had me scheduled for another day , Seth took my call and was very nice to come out and look at my air conditioning, I knew it wasn't really bad because it was only 5 years old , Seth went way out to help me , very nice person and very informative to me , its people like Seth that makes everyone very comfortable and does his job well , thanks so very much , bty I was without air for 5 days and I was alttle grouchy, he was very understanding 😀 😊 🙂

Great response. I thought it was one part but it turned out to be the motherboard. The guys drove back and fixed the board that day. They made sure it worked properly and fixed the problem. I live in Douglas, and I understand it's a little out if the way and expect to pay some sort of fee for the drive time. After everything was set up I was hit with a mileage fee of $1.50 per mile both ways. That seems a little excessive to me. So needless to say no work was done here.
