On the very first night in our new home in Casper, the furnace went out. We were super stressed, but Dawson came out (literally in the middle of the night on a weekend). Not only was he kind and helpful, but you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He worked hard the next day (a Sunday I might add) to find a new blower motor for us. He came out that afternoon and repaired our system and was again incredibly thorough. He was also just a genuinely kind and caring human being, which was very helpful in calming our stress. Glad I called Tim force tin shop to repair my furnace, Eric was awesome and very helpful and caring, he was quick and went out of his way to make sure my furnace was fixed that day to keep my family comfortable, cause he called several places to get the part needed and all of them said they would have to order it and it would take 2-3 days, so he didn't give up his search and got the part and got my furnace up and running. Very thankful and satisfied.

Dylan and Dawson came out and got our new furnace installed. They've been really great to work with and they did such a good job! They made sure the AC was running as well as the heat. It threw a billion different problems at them but they were so patient and made it right. Wow!!! I'm so glad I decided to use Tim Force to clean my ducts. We just bought an older home and the heating is very uneven throughout the home. Eric and Dawson, both super friendly and helpful, showed up to do the cleaning. I explained to them the issue I was having with keeping the whole house heated evenly. After the thorough duct cleaning, he helped me diagnose some of the issues, made some repairs on my furnace and thermostat, and gave me some recommendations. Now the whole house is so much more comfortable thanks to Eric and Dawson.I asked for a magnet to put on my furnace because they will be my only call for anything HVAC from now on.Services: HVAC system maintenance, Repair HVAC, HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I think it's fantastic that the name has not changed. In all of my travels which are many, I have always asked (when they are from Casper) if they know of Tim Force Tin Shop. Well more than 1/2 have heard of or have worked with them, and all have spoke with high regards. Tim was my grandfather and never got to meet him... but his legacy stands strong. 👍

Thank you so much for your help!! Our furnace limit switch went out and our poor house was at 55° and thanks to Eric A., he got our house back to up 68° for our little man and it has been comfortable since!! Eric went above and beyond just replacing the part, he made sure the furnace was doing its job and even reprogrammed our thermostat because it wasnt programmed right. I highly recommend Tim Force for any and all furnace needs!!

I hired Tim Force Tin Shop for a Fall bool inspection and cleaning. Eric was very knowledgeable. He suggested rerouting the pipes. After an estimate, we decided to have it done.The rerouting was great. A ball joint replaced the hard to reach one in the ceiling, and the flexible gas line no longer rests against the exhaust pipe. He did a great job bleeding out the air afterwards, something that took the installers (20 years ago) many trips to do. Our boiler runs better and is quieter. Thanks.

Had trouble with my furnace late November. Not an emergency because we have wood heat as well. They were here the next day. Took them six more days to get the part and return. Eric was very professional, diagnosed the problem accurately and was always personable. He alone would have gotten 5 stars. When we got the bill, we paid $80/hr and there was a 33% upcharge on the part (or better depending on where you find it) without a "rush", plus the freight. The service was worth it, but I'm hoping that others don't get the same sticker shock that I did if they walk in knowing a little more about what this may cost.
