Bruce was the rep that came out for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He brought samples to show us the product Hanson sells. He took the time to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Due to previous poor experience with an other company providing an estimate, we were on the defense. He was made aware of us not being up for pushy sales tactics. He really took the time to show us the quality of the product and benefits. I would recommend this representative and 1-800-HANSONS.

Bruce Evans came to our home to give us an estimate on a new shower. He was on time and was very personable. He showed us samples of wall color options and explained all the other options available - and there were LOTS of options!! Grab bars, shower heads, seat or bench, finishes, etc. Thanks for your patience while we made all our decisions.

This is my second project with Hansons. The first was a sliding patio door. I am very happy with the door and it kept out the cold quite nicely. The install was pretty seamless. I am scheduled for new front windows and gutters. Bruce was my contact and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The gutters are supposed to be up in a couple weeks but the window will be two months for the order. So far, so good.

Tardiness all throughout. I used to make windows and I received low quality from the manufacturer. Most of my screens were tore up, a couple of my windows were scratched, bad glazing, windows don’t open smooth, and other manufacturer look overs. Also my windows were smaller than I anticipated and I was lied to about them using foam insulation around them I think. The installation was late and they stayed till later than I would like and the dark probably didn’t help. There are gaps around the windows on the outside. They are lucky to receive a 2 star.
