I contacted John at Quality Roofing for a roof replacement. John returned my call quickly and we set an appointment for an estimate. John was very helpful in explaining the process and choices in materials. I went with a 50 year Malarkey Legacy which lowered my home insurance by 17%, plus, I liked the veteran discount that Quality Roofing offers. I was told that it would be 4-6 weeks, which is typical. He had it finished a week later. It was nice coming home from vacation to a new roof. His pricing was very reasonable and I decided to hire him for my new gutters and they were installed in a very timely manner. This is my first home and my first time dealing with a roofing contractor and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended Quality Roofing to a few friends already. John got us on the schedule to get our roof replaced for one week out to close a real estate transaction. Getting scheduled so soon is unheard of during hail season in Cheyenne. His crew tore off and replaced our whole roof in about 12 hrs and cleaned everything thoroughly. I had no idea there were different grades of shingles and some that would resist hail damage. We upgraded to a class 4 roof and John got us a discount on the whole job. Very professional service, maybe the best in Cheyenne. I highly recommend Quality Roofing for your next contractor. We have worked with others in the past and John is the best.

I received hail damage in July of 2018 ,like much of eastern Cheyenne. I called John at Quality Roofing for an estimate for replacing a roof. Within 2 weeks of calling for an estimate our new roof was completed. After the roof was finished he had a crew replace all of our gutters which was also done very efficiently and in a timely manner. Since work has been completed I have had a couple of very minor issues that I have called John about. He has returned my call within an hour and the issues were addressed and completed within a couple of days. I highly recommend Quality Roofing for any and all roofing and gutter needs.

Last year our home was badly damaged from hail. Dealing with Insurance companies and multiple contractors was an absolute "NIGHTMARE"!!! It took just over a year to everything repaired and back to normal.Now that is all over, there was one contractor that almost went un-noticed. BUYER BEWARE! After the big hail storm of 2018, I hired John Lysne from Quality Roofing to replace the roof on 3 separate buildings. I paid an extra $1000 out-of-pocket to upgrade to Malarkey Legacy impact-resistant shingles on one of the buildings. Two years and another hailstorm later, I'm told that I DO NOT have upgraded shingles on my roof at all, and shouldn't have been charged more than $750 even if I did! I was also told that he didn't seal up around the furnace vent at all (see photo. I had been wondering why there was water in the return air duct). Also, one of the buildings was leaking after the insurance had already paid for the claim. He came to look and I showed him how you could stand inside the building and see daylight where the roof hadn't been tied in. His solution? Roll a coat of sealant on the top and bill me for another $1200 that would have to be paid out-of-pocket and you could STILL see daylight where the roof wasn't tied in! (Also, if he can't install a roof right, the customer shouldn't have to pay for him to come and re-do it - especially when it STILL isn't right!) There were many other problems with the installation that the 2nd roofer pointed out - too many to even list here. He also failed to give me the promised 10% discount for allowing him to put his advertisement sign in my yard for 9 months. John dinged me and cheated me in more ways than I can count. His work is EXTREMELY substandard and I will NEVER hire him or recommend him again!Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Downspout caused flooding in my garage first rain after installation; one white plastic downspout was installed while the rest are brown; the end cap of the Northwest corner of the gutter is lying beside the driveway where it fell off.
