I contacted them and got an answer right away. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They scheduled my small project within a few days. While doing the project they really cared about taking care of their work space (my home). Very friendly employees...they even answered all of my stupid questions! It was a great experience all around with Big Horn Insulation! I highly recommend them!
