I have contacted CSI 2x in the past 2 months. 1. To install a heating system in our shop and 2. To fix our furnace that quit working. The office picked up immediately and was professional and quickly responsive. I was immediately given information and connected to a technician, Travis. Travis was extremely professional and knowledgeable, scheduled with us and showed up (which did not happen with other contractors we have used). Our shop was completed same day and is awesome. When we contacted again regarding our furnace Travis, again, showed up to our home (30 miles out of town) within a few hours and was in and out in no time. Our quotes received were significantly less than other quotes we used and the time frame given was faster. I would recommend this company 10x over any other company.

With windchills of -50, our furnace in our brand new house decided to stop working late at night. We were able to get ahold of Travis with Comfort Systems and I simply can't say enough amazing things about him! He came right out to our house, spent almost 3 hours helping us, and didn't leave until he knew we were safe and warm in these frigid temps. He spent over 2 1/2 hours with us in the middle of the night simply to ensure we were safe and warm! Absolutely amazing! In a world where people are happy to do a poor job and leave you high and dry, Travis is most definitely not one of those people. I can't recommend him enough! He honestly saved our family and our home in the trenches of this treacherous Wyoming winter.

Comfort Systems has my business for life! The technician managed to get to my house the same day that I called, and had my AC unit up and running in less than 15 minutes! He checked everything else out while he was in there, and we got lucky that it was an easy fix - just a blown capacitor. Gained my trust completely, as a lot of other places would just say we needed a whole new unit. Been down that road before! Thanks you guys!Service: A/C system repair

I have used this company twice. I had called when it seemed my AC wasn’t working as well as it should. I called, made an appt, he showed up and fixed it. Since the first time was pretty standard I used them again. However this time was a disaster. I had to call 3 separate times to get an appt set up. Was told after he finally showed that I needed to replace a major electrical part. Waited 2 more days to actually tell me he had the part in stock and could install it that day. I tried to schedule an afternoon appt but never got a response. When I finally called back a week after the initial call they told me I should just find someone else to fix it. Not very professional at all.

Travis and Comfort Systems saved us! Travis is extremely knowledgeable, honest, reliable and a problem solver. I've been without air all summer waiting on Powder River who swore I needed a whole new system, but could not manage to make a phone call to get it started. After it hit 98 outside and 104 in my home office where I work 10 hours a day, being heat sick, vomiting and with a rash, I called and got Travis at Comfort Systems. Only a few hours later and I am in tears of joy instead of frustration, he has cool air blowing right now! On a SATURDAY. His work ethic and honesty is the polar opposite of Powder River- Matt- who charged us for an estimate but never did anything else-unless you count ignoring calls and emails. Travis, you are the expert Tech everyone needs and our family is grateful. Thank you! If we had called you first this would have been a very different summer.

Had an appointment with them to fix air conditioner, they confirmed via text which was nice, but they never showed up. Called them multiple times and left voicemail with no response. I get it, things get mixed up and or people run late, the least you could do is call the customer to apologize and to reschedule. It’s annoying when you take work off and lose income to be home for a mid-day appointment and the company doesn’t show up.

On December 29 I awoke to a freezing cold house! I was panicked. One call to CSI (even at 4 am) resulted in Andrew arriving at my house (1 hour from Gillette) and fixing my furnace for me. He had amazing customer service, and fixed my heater quickly. After paying for the service I turned this in to my home warranty company who required multiple items from CSI. Dirk went above and beyond to get me the requested information. What a great company with A+ customer service. I would recommend to all of my family and friends. Magnificent service!!!
