My expierience with silverline Construction was a common knowledge expierience. If you apply with this company. Never say the truth about anything or you will be judged. Especially if you have ever been in trouble, as a team they will discriminate against you to make you feel left out and end up leaving on your own. Veru un professional . They will with hold information from you until the last minute and try to figure out ways to distract you and make you leave. As a work environment poor. They have ran through face book hiring people and now there on indeed going through people like if they was garbage. If you are thinking about working for this company make sure you make your life stories as a perfect example. One star for poor team examples. Last ,but, not least . the offer letter you sign with them will not be followed .
