When the weather warmed up, our pipes didn't like it. It was a Sunday and I came home to a flood. I called WCC, and a crew was here in about an hour. They made fast work of removing what they needed to and went to work drying everything up. They were very professional and genuinely nice guys. I hope to never need them again, but won't hesitate to call them if I do.

WCC was very prompt to come out on a Sunday night when our flooding was found. We are in AZ for the winter and are very confident everything is being done to restore our home in our absence. They stay in close contact and keep us well informed of the progress of the project!

Reply(1)gave this review after 1 year just because of I found out from another restoration company that how much I overpaid to you guys.(2)There is nothing personal I am coming back every year.(3)I paid rebuild guys that’s true. But that’s also true that your invoice was for $25000. I paid $4000 + deductible out of my pocket. I think your attorney also covered in that.we are not going to be friend for sure.Don’t trick anyone under the name of community.What I got service from WCC is nightmare. The guy from Utah who got kicked out from Salt Lake City. If he tells you your pool has humidity (sounds funny) don’t believe him. He try to tricked me but I said no.WCC charged me $25000 for 4 fans in basements. Still wet never got dry. Reason they gave me is water coming from outside!When WCC guy came he told me they deal with insurance and nothing to pay out of my pocket. My insurance approved $17000 after $5000 deductible. Total amount is $22000 insurance approved. But they charged me $25000. It’s just money game. Don’t sign anything before work.

When I came home from work and found my basement had been flooding all day there’s was a sense of panic! Only one company came to mind and it was WCC Restoration! Chad called his crew and they jumped into action and in 30 minutes they were over to the house and on it like white on rice! Never felt more secure seeing them taking care of my mess! In the days following they’ve been extracting more water and monitoring the drying process to make sure the area is completely dry so no black mold or mildew is created! When you are in crisis from situations like this there really is no need to panic as the damage has already been done! Don’t bother in calling for prices and estimates as there’s only one call that needs to be made. Call WCC Restoration for that complete sense of security that the situation will be handled in a timely and professional manner. They are helpful in reassuring you in your time of crisis. I will recommend WCC Reatoration to everyone I talk to as they job done! They will give you your sense of security back just when you think all is lost. We had a house fire and had severe smoke damage, WCC has been a saving grace throughout this process! Before they even knew anything about me and my family or if we would be using them as our restoration company, they offered prayers and made sure we were okay! They are kind, efficient, and are thorough with documentation and cleaning! They have been nothing short of wonderful and helped me with the 100’s of questions I had without making me feel like I was a nuisance to them. They took special care with my valuable items and took time to make sure I understood the whole process! It’s been a bit of a cruddy situation to be in, and WCC has been amazing throughout it all! Highly recommend them for any type of emergency clean up, whether it be for fire, smoke, water or anything else!

WCC restoration what can I say they are amazing. They literally treat you as family. To Patrick, Nate, Kim, Daniel and everyone that was involved in my project you guys really took a lot of stress and helped with insurance and talked me through everything. They really treat you like family if you have questions on anything they will answer. The core values of WCC show so much. The amount of communication my wife and I got daily was incredible. They truly care about their customers. It’s hard to find a company that has core values that are based on customer service and being so passionate about what they do. An example is my wife and I had to work we gave them our door code. They let us know when they were coming and let us know how things were drying. I had to call WCC after an installer improperly installed a new washing machine and proceeded to flood my home. Patrick came out and spent almost 2 hours with me, looking at everything, accessing the damage and answering ALL my questions (and I had a lot of questions). He took readings, measurements and sent an extremely thorough email/assessment to the claims department Home Depot uses. I cannot thank them enough for answering my call on the second ring, being available at my convenience, moving my appointment back an hour when I had a conflict and being so unbelievably kind in my moments of despair. Patrick even thought to look in the adjoining closets for moisture and I am sure glad he did because he was right! My situation isn't resolved yet with the claims team but I will continue using WCC for any of the remaining work, any future needs and recommend them to anyone who may need their services. They deserve to be at the top of the google listings and should be the only company you call in a time of need. Thank you WCC for all you have already done for me!

To say WCC Restoration is incredibly professional, is a huge understatement. It’s so incredibly rare to deal with a company that honestly cares, and WCC truly does. They have proved it every step of the way. We have had unprecedented moisture and we ended up with water in our basement. I know they were swamped, but they still managed to guide us and provide us with everything we needed to mitigate damage. WCC came to our rescue while we was out of town. We had a valve malfunction and flooded our house. When it was discovered WCC was called at night time. They showed up and removed the carpet and cut out the wet Sheetrock. Installed fans and dehumidifiers. Their crew were outstanding and very professional. We would highly recommend them. They still drop by and stay in touch to see if we are needing anything else. Great bunch of guys.

I had a water leak that damaged some drywall on mother's day. My mother was over and recommended them, so I called them and WCC really is a 24/7 company. They are a very quick and professional crew. Was super impressed with how clean they were able to keep things. Would definitely recommend them!

Thank you WCC! We woke on a Saturday morning, water shooting from a burst pipe. Every room in the basement had water and a lot of it but the worst part was the water was shooting directly into my son's memory box that was laying open on the bed. Everything in it was covered with 6 inches of water. When WCC arrived I was inconsolable, not because of the damage but because the memory box of my son who passed away. I took the box upstairs to try and salvage the items, still crying. Rudy from WCC stood by me as I laid stuff out on the table to dry. He listened while I tried to comprehend the loss of what was left of my son. Rudy then asked what he could do to help. He offered to take it back to their shop and lay it out to dry but most of all he listened and then said he wished he could fix it and how sorry he was. The crew continued to get the water taken care of and got all their equipment set up. They then suggested putting my son's stuff by the dehumidifier to help dry out the items. The crew from WCC was prompt, compassionate and thorough. They also worked with our insurance. I hope we never have another emergency like this again but if we do I will definitely call WCC.

They have Great communications and very helpful with all the questions I had. They took all precautions needed for the job and explained everything to make sure our concerns were taken care of and their estimated time for the work needed was spot on. They know what they’re doing and so very helpful. I really appreciate that they have the experience and knowledge of how the follow up job will need to be completed and the thought process was so very helpful for when I am ready for drywall installation.

Hand down the best!!!They have helped us on on two major clean ups!! My parents had sewer damage and black mold in their home. WCC was very particular about making sure all the nasty was cleaned up, while keeping my parents safe. You could tell with the equipment and suits they guys were wearing they knew what they were doing. Best of all the smell is gone. Thanks WCC Restoration!! You guys are the best!!!
