I have given the Owner of this company the benefit of the doubt for months now. I know he is a busy person but I am now not receiving calls, texts, or emails back. We rented this boat for the day for $1,600. The worker stated the boat could not turn left but was fixed the previous day and should work fine when I picked it up.. The cable that stears the boat was in fact not fixed and you could not turn left!! The steering cable broke on the lake and the owner of the boat (a business) told me to figure out how to have the boat towed to the dock and figure it out myself. I was more than patient and just wanted my money back. Owner said he would refund me months ago and still nothing. Just left another voicemail and email. So far nothing. I even paid another patron on the lake to tow me all the way from the canyon to the ramp. I just wanted to be reimbursed the boat rental fee but I am going to go after the towing fees and other lost fees due to centering my trip around this very expensive boat rental. Please contact me asap before this goes any further!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Bellwood Boats for their professionalism and prompt actions in resolving an issue with our 220 Sea Ray. Despite being a busy Fourth of July weekend, the team at Bellwood dedicated their expertise to quickly identify the problem and fix it. Their well-stocked inventory ensured they had the necessary parts on hand. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to get back on the water the same day. We cannot thank the team at Bellwood enough and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of boat repairs.

They were great! The boat we rented was awesome and the people there were great. They explained the functions of the boat and went over everything before we left for the lake. We had trouble getting the boat back on the trailer so we called and they were out there quickly to help us out. We will definitely be renting from here again in the future.

Our first boat rental was a complete success! Extremely nice and friendly atmosphere that was quick to the point and very helpful on getting us setup. The pontoon boat we had worked perfectly for us 4 adults and 5 kids. We will be going back!

These people and boats were awesome. I rented the 20’ pontoon boat. They explained everything in detail, we’re timely and amazing prices for all day rental. They provided nice life vests and even had a tow rope on the boat for my tube. Their delivery service was there in ten minutes to pick up the boat when I called early to return the boat due to a storm blowing in.

These folks are amazing. I picked up a boat yesterday from them, Dean is PHENOMENAL and took care of me 3x over the course of an afternoon including rear straps, a new wire harness and then when I left I blew a tire 15 miles outside of Glendo and he stayed late and helped me with that too. Amazing place, amazing people. Whoever owns this should be super proud of the team they have! Thank you so much.

After getting one of our jet ski’s in the water noticed we were missing the gas cap. Stopped at the marina to get a replacement but knew it was a long shot since the ski is older. A guy at the marina said they didn’t have anything so they referred us to Bellwood. The lady working at Bellwood was very friendly and helpful by letting us try several options to see if they worked with no luck. She then said “let me ask the guys.” She came back and said to go check out a junk ski they had on the property to see if it had one that would work. We did and it was the exact one we needed. Went back to the store and let them know it is what we were needing. Went to pay for it and they gave me a very low price. I paid more because it was still cheaper than any of the ones we had already tried and I was so grateful they helped us out of a bind. Their time and willingness to help us out was appreciated. They could’ve slipped us “out of staters” the finger but they didn’t. A huge Thank You to the staff at Bellwood for your great customer service.

Highly recommend if you plan on coming out to Glendo reservoir! Very easy to work with! We had a problem with a pontoon door and they fixed it right away. Not only did the fix the door but made up time we missed with another rental. They are fantastic to do business with.

I've had Bellwood do two jobs for me. They did an excellent job both times! My yard was super cleaned up when they left. One job was grinding stumps. They did more than I expected. The other was tree removal. I would highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we had everything we needed on the boat and that we understood how it all worked. They we even great about recommending a boat ramp to dock at for easier loading if the wind came up. We have rented from Bellwood Boats before and will continue to plan trips to rent again in the future.

Helpful place to go when you need to stay on the lake at Glendo. Haven't used their service shop thankfully, but they always look busy. Good price parts for being near a lake. Rentals seemed a bit pricey, but supply/demand I'd say. Seemed like $375tday for jetskis up to $1400/day for a wake pontoon.

Super fun time with the pontoon boat for my birthday. We rented a tube and towed everyone and had a blast. The boat was clean and nice and was able to play our music through the speakers. Only downside is that none of the gauges worked except for the gas gauge.

This is the second year we've rented a pontoon from Bellwood Boats. They are so customer friendly and make it so easy to pick up and drop off the boats. This year we were staying in the KOA campground in Douglas and picked the pontoon up Saturday evening and left it in their lot and picked it up early Sunday morning for all day into the evening on the water. We had a ski boat that was headed back to Laramie on Monday and didn't want to tow it back to Douglas, so the said drop it off in their lot to pick up Monday. Turns out we didn't need to do that, but would have.Despite that the employees had had a very trying day with customers when we picked up our boat at the end of a long work day, they were still very friendly, helpful, chipper and treated us the same way they did their first customers of the day as we were their last customers of the day. The gal checking us out never had a frown and was very helpful and enjoyed hearing the story of how my 72 year old husband had asked for this for his Father's Day, that all three of our kids and family to spend 3 days at Glendo with us. They were all there, one from Montana, one from Laramie, one from Douglas and we drove 425 miles from Colorado. It was a fabulous time, the little boys caught fish and the pontoon ran well. Thank you Bellwood Boats for helping us have a memorable weekend. We are already planning for next year,

Bellwood did a great job of providing a boat for a day of fishing. Professional and efficient, the boat we rented was explained to us and we were on our way to fish Glendo reservoir. I do not have any other experience in renting a boat like this, so I can not compare the cost, but it was still a bit expensive, though probably normal for the market. I was certainly not in a position to haggle over it, anyway. Overall, I would recommend them for renting a fishing or recreational boat for use at Glendo. Their staff also let me borrow a hitch to tow their boat, since I forgot to bring one with me. Thanks Bellwood for a great time!

We rented a pontoon from Bellwood Boats and spent the day on Glendo Reservoir. Great service from Bellwood, we paid a little extra to have it put in the water and picked up from the water, which allowed us to have extra time on the lake. We will definitely rent from Bellwood next time we go to Glendo.
