If you call and they don’t answer or call back, it’s because they are busy loading trucks and trailers with materials. If you have ever been out to their lot and you are criticizing their not returning calls, you should drive allllll the way to HD if you think that is more convenient. Don’t be lazy they are 2 miles out of town.

When a company says that they are "going to make it right" to me that means that the customer is happy with the service provided. We contracted Big Huhnks to install a new septic system in our front yard at my 78 year old mother's cabin. Not the ideal place for a septic, but when it is your only option you go with it. When they installed the system I was told by both one of the owners and the crew chief that there would be some settling over the winter, but not to worry they would come back and "make it right". They were right, there was significant settling around the tank, but in addition the end of the leach field was exposed as it had only had a couple of inches of dirt laid over it and there was a smell of sewage coming from one of the lids.When I called to have them "make it right" my calls were not returned. Only when I got someone directly on the phone would someone speak to me. Then I was told that they were very busy and could only try to squeeze me in. Several weeks passed and I once again had to call several times before getting a person to talk to. I was told that the owner had looked at it (we never saw him) and felt it "wasn't too bad". When I explained that it was not right, that this is our front yard and it should look and smell right as they had said it would I was told that this is the way all septic systems are. Eventually I had to drive an hour and a half to their office to get an answer as to when they would fix it. Their reply: For $845 they would come fix it when they could fit it in to their schedule. When I explained that this was not what I was told would happen , that it was not completed to our satisfaction. She said would follow up with the owner and she was sure they would, you guessed it, "make it right". When the follow up came the owner couldn't even return my call, he had his secretary return the call to a phone she knew I would not be using at the time…horrible customer service. Why should we have to give them more money to "make something right" that they had promised would be right?I would never recommend this company for any service as I can't imagine they are any more enthusiastic, forthcoming or honorable than they were with my 78 year old mother.

You cannot get anyone to return a call from this place they have promised for 6 weeks to get someone to come out and do an estimate on getting some work done and doesn't matter how many times you call there's no call back.They have a lot of stuff but customer appreciation and attention is definitely not one of them.

Big Huhnks did a great job w/foundation, septic system, sewer installation and grading at my new home in Sherman Hills. Nate Huhnk has developed an excellent excavation business in Laramie. His crew is "top notch" and Blaine Smith is an excellent field and equipment operator. These guys just come to job site ready to work and get after it until completed.I highly recommend Big Huhnks for any of your excavation needs including septic installation.

The "compost" we ordered was terrible! It has literal trash in it! Plastic tarp, wires, plastic packaging, and string. Full of huge sticks and rocks. I paid a bunch of money to have trash dumped into my yard.

Supposed to drop off rock at 1pm.. Tried calling and no one would answer. Drove out there and the guy there didn’t know when it would be dropped off.. I asked why we didn’t get a call and he didn’t say anything just looked at me.. I asked if we were going to get it today he said 2:00pm. It is 2.30 and they close at 3pm. We probably won’t get it at all today..
