Carpet One has always been a great resource for me personally and also through my job where we have used them for several work jobs around our buildings with carpeting, window treatments, and lots of large projects. Rick whom I usually deal with ALWAYS has great advice on how to save money, and still get what we are looking for. He is very experienced and knowledgeable on carpeting/flooring and has been great to work with over the years. They have always done a great job, and left everything neat and clean when they leave. We have used them for years and will continue to use them in the future.

Kurt took great care of us! When we were scheduled for an estimate, the staff person showed up on time. The communication was excellent including a day before call reminder. The installation was done professionally and promptly. Very happy with their service and follow through!

Pretty disappointed with my experience here. I ordered some white matte 3x6 ceramic tile. Basic. The salesman warned me it could take longer than he quoted to get in due to shipping delays, which I understood. But, he didn't bother to call me and let me know when that expected arrival date was. I had to call them. On the expected delivery date, I didn't hear from the store. I called the next business day and it wasn't in. They then had to track it down, which took another full day. Prompting me to push back the install date. It did arrive 2 business days after the original scheduled date, but the finish was wrong. Shame on me for not double checking I'd gotten the correct finish when I picked it up. By the time I had went to check on the install process and realized they had ordered the wrong product, an entire wall was already in. I couldn't back out at that point, at least I didn't feel like I wanted to pay to have my contractor rip everything out, and pay the additional cost for the correct materials (bc I couldn't return the wrong order) and push back the timeline again. I would've given this 1-star, but I realize I had some fault in this.Double check your order form and double check your tile upon delivery!

Called multiple time to set up appt. Never get called back, the women who answere the phone never returned by calls and said the guy who goes to my town hates it. Guess they don't need the business. I will share that with my friendsI will not use them, very unprofessional

My husband and a friend went to pick up a box of silk to lay down some vinyl flooring and the owner had the WORST attitude! Very condescending and completely unprofessional! He treated them like they were an inconvenience and a nuisance when they were only asking where to locate something in HIS store. Then he proceeded to call them cheap, told them even if he had the product he wouldn't sell it to them, tried to make them feel dumb when they both have remodeled more times than they can count combined, and was completely rude to his own employee who was just learning the new systems they had in place. We will not be back and will never recommend anyone to this store!

Just contracted a small job, interaction with the office was "ok" however, the carpet installer (Jeremie & helper) did a great job and communicated very well. 5 stars for them as it's important who you allow in your business or home and trust to complete the job.
