Previously owning an ICF residence, we were thrilled to again own one, sized perfectly for two. Chad Harvell is a rare contractor in that he takes the time necessary to learn of your goals, expectations and budget. Therein lies the successful completion of a beautiful home and satisfied happy clients. Chad put on his creative hat, along with his team, and transformed a large hallway to accommodate inset beautiful bookshelves accenting the ceiling beams and fireplace. Just an example of the many other special details. He kept us up to date on all aspects of the build. We have never had to call twice to communicate with him or his team. In fact, he was regularly seen at the job site and accessible. We highly recommend Harvell Construction.

Outstanding quality, superior materials, luxury amenities, and a wonderful custom build experience. We are extremely pleased with our new home and couldn’t be happier with Cottonwood Village here in Powell, WY. We are reaping the benefits of a small, safe, and clean town where we have excellent healthcare, schools, and plenty of outdoor activities for everyone. Of course, Wyoming does not have a state income tax so our dollars go so much further than in most states. Additionally, we are saving on monthly home expenses because of the thermal efficiency of the ICF construction.
