Dick was great to work with. He helped me design what I needed and gave me the time I needed to do it right. I had one mistake on the order but he had it fixed and delivered the following day. So, I feel like I received great service in the unlikely event something went wrong. I'd certainly give him the opportunity to have my business again.

I haven't ever had a bad experience with Diamond Truss. We have had them build all of our trusses for the past few years and I have felt very well taken care of. If we need anything they have always been very responsive and easy to deal with. I believe Diamond Truss will try harder then anyone else to make sure your truss package will work in the field. This is very important to me because it makes life easier!
