I’m a full time caregiver and my washer and dryer working properly is extremely important for things to function well. My dryer wasn’t heating that was just a little over two years old. When another place couldn’t get to it in a timely manner I contacted these guys and he was here within half an hour!! Easy fix!! Thank you again for saving the day. One less thing to deal with now.

I have called Drummond for multiple appliance repairs and every time, they have been prompt, courteous and professional. Eric takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be fixed and often makes the repair same-day. If he has to order a part, he will provide a cost estimate and timeline, and then follow up as soon as it arrives. Couldn't ask for anything more!

My less than 2 year old Samsung dryer stopped working, and they sent Mike out the same day to take a look at it. I didn't expect it to be fixed that day because having parts on hand isn't common, but he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me up and running in a little over an hour. Very happy with the service, but a word to the wise, don't EVER buy Samsung Appliances. Our whole house had them (a total of 5 appliances) and the dryer is the 4th to go down in under 2 years.

I am in a remote location 45mi from Drummond. They sent a tech. out the same afternoon I called and he made the repairs. I will let you know if the repairs work. I am very happy with the tech and believe he found the problem and repaired them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.Jeff Shuster
