Don't care what they change the name too they are the worst business I've ever dealt with. Hope they show up to court better than they show up to a work site.

I am so sad. I wanted to love this company but it did not happen. I even gave them a 2nd chance after a meeting with the President of the Co. Now my basement looks like a Dexter murder scene so I would not recommend this company. Most is Bryon will promise things and then they are poorly done or not done at all. I do not think it is all ARS sites just the Rock Springs one.

Had a mold issue in my attic space. A 3-5 day estimated job turned into 8 weeks with only half the job completed. We were displaced from out home the entire time. We had to go with another company to finish the job. Sawyer out of Lyman were amazing in their own right. Brian Sullivan was very hard to contact, unless it was a matter of paying the bill. He was very good about discounting the price to not cover the job one of his crews completely did not do, which was to clean the living space of mold spores. They second company thought the remediation in the attic was done well by ARS. The updated invoice Brian sent included the discount. However, the invoice sent from the office did not have the discount price. Becoming really sick from mold and being displaced from my home was bad enough. ARS made this hard time into a complete nightmare.Service: Water damage-related mold removal

ARS staff went above and beyond, especially Brian. Usually when you have a disaster happen in your home, it gets a lot worse before it gets better, and it’s hard to understand that and not get irritated/frustrated. People usually don’t deal with insurance claims or home disasters many times throughout their life, so everything is new and confusing. That being said, Brian explained so much to me and helped tremendously throughout the entire process. There was 1 day I was super irritated about the whole situation within my home, and Brian still took the time to explain everything to me, and was very patient and professional while doing so. I hope we never have to use a restoration company again, but if so, ARS it’ll be! Thanks again Brian and all of ARS staff! Overall ARS-RS did a very good job. They took the extra time to listen to our health concerns (CIRS/MCAS) and worked with me to adapt ordinary protocol to extraordinary. Brian and Koren were always sensitive and responsive to our situation and advocated for us to the insurance company. The crew (Melissa, Travis, Dom, Lisa, Bud, Pat, Cameron, and Skyler) did a great job implementing the adapted protocol. They were always pleasant, polite, supportive, timely, flexible and communicating with us. They are efficient and work well with each other. Some rooms needed a second treating/cleaning but they always responded with our requests with respect and diligence. No company is perfect (I've worked with 3 in my lifetime) but this one always re-cleaned areas and adapted when we needed them to. ARS responded to our call the same day within 2 hrs. Dom and Braxton came to our house. They were completely professional and informative as to their procedure. We had a leak that they found right away after they took part of the ceiling down and contacted a plumber that they had dealt with previously. The plumber came up in a short period of time as well and took care of our leak. I totally recommend ARS for any water leak clean up.

The owner, Brian Sullivan, and all of his crew were very responsive to our sewer cleanup. All of them that did their various jobs were professional, very friendly and worked hard cleaning up our sewer damaged downstairs. Braxton and Dominik were very professional and personable. They arrived on time and checked various places of our home for excess moisture and mold. They explained what they look for. They told us that we had taken the appropriate steps of getting rid of the water, removing the carpet and using fans which protected our home from mold. I recommend this company.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They did half the job and Bryon told Travis to leave the job unfinished, then a couple hours later threatened to put a lien on the property if they were not paid in full. Bryon from ARS is unprofessional and verbally abusive. This company lost 10k worth in clean up and work for the remainder of this particular job. You have been warned.
