This location is 100% typical of all Home Depot locations I've ever visited, with the exception of "Zack" at the Pro Desk! Several employees standing around talking and several aisles blocked by merchandise! Kinda sad! But Zack was the most helpful Home Depot employee I've ever come across! We needed direction with a huge project, and he was quite the expert! We won't work with anybody else! I suggest you do the same! He's like a "personal shopper" with a vision and knowledge of your project! Impressive employee that should be the face of this location! Congrats, Zack, and we'll see you on the next visit!

We don't go in there often, but when we do, we're almost always asked by at least one employee if we need help. If we say yes, they are always so accommodating at helping!!. And offering other suggestions that might work.Plus they do the free kids workshop the first Saturday of every month which we LOVE

Found most all the materials I needed. What they didn't have, the store associates were really helpful to direct me to who can order the material for me. One of the managers called the vendor to ensure they sent the right materials needed.Thank you, Home Depot team!

Staff were fine, nothing too amazing per say. Products are usually top notch. They have an isle for individual ratchets and wrenches and sockets which is amazing when you need a 3/8 drive wrench that breaks often. Plenty of space as well in and out of the store, though that is a must when they drive forklifts around.

As a former employee, I know how the customer service is. It sucks, please take your money and spend it elsewhere. Go all the way to vernal to Lowe's. If you have to, you'll be well off on the better end of things, trust me.

Don't like the company. They don't carry enough stock. And it takes 5 weeks to get the one we wanted. Sometimes you can't wait that long for an appliance. So had to buy one we didn't really like and was much more expensive. Plus we would have had to pay for it before they ordered it.Then they had a sale but it wasn't in the system. I pointed out the sign and the person walked over to look at it. After too much time trying to get the price to come up. I started to leave all of a sudden they made it work.

Their card Machine would not work at all, I have over 22,000 on my card, yet it still declined for a small purchase of $230.64 but the card worked at the Gas station before hand. Had to remove a few items and pay with Cash not happy Home Depot not happy at all. Fix your card reader asap. I have to buy Christmas gifts my son will not be happy if you ruin it. Do better.

We are building a house and relocating from Atlanta. We have ordered/purchased a ton from this location. After receiving a notification that a large vanity was damaged Joanna offered to FaceTime me (in Atlanta) to assess whether it was in fact damaged. I was blown away. Coming from a big city we would have never received this level of service. We have been SO impressed with the level of service and communication thus far. Thank you!!!

The reason for the 5 stars is at the end of this long post! Went in looking for several big items.. as I know right now everything is back stock. Asked the lady in the large appliances about refrigerators and she said all the ones we wanted were back stocked and good luck. My husband asked if she could check other stores she told us no but she could give us the numbers and we could call!!? Seriously?? She finally called another store after my husband had words with her. We had several more things to get but after that interaction we were not expecting anything good! And then Gillian in the paint department totally gave us our faith back in humanity! I needed a a perfect match to cabinets we had previously purchased at this store, it wasn’t coming up in their system so she walked back to the cabinets and brought back ONE OF THE CABINETS!!! WOW! Now that is amazing customer service! Thank you Gillian! We will be returning!

I have been to this Home Depot 4 times. Each time I have had to leave empty handed. The handicap carts are Never Ever charged. You don't make 5 minutes before the uncharged handicap cart dies. So I conclude Home Depot is out of compliance for Ada laws for starters. What I needed was closed off for stocking on top of uncharge cart. The employee's care not for their jobs. Yes they are actually paid to do more than just play with customers dog at paint counter while ignoring a customer trying to make purchase before cart dies. I went to Ace to spend my money. Turns out they are actually doing what their paid to do. Fancy that!

An woman named Dawn was the most helpful employee I had ever met. I went in there super stressed out about finding blinds to fit a bunch of different window in my house that were all different measurements. She helped give me advice about getting them cut just a little smaller than the window so they don't rub again the framing and eventually become damaged over time, then she happily cut them for me. I came in a few days later and she helped me figure out how to measure for vertical blinds and genuinely wanted to help me. I was nervous about buying the wrong ones and she was more than happy to tell me that if they didn't work out to just bring them back and we'll keep trying until we get the right ones. This woman most definitely went above and beyond what was expected of an employee and with such patience!

Horrible customer service. Pain out rude, and they act like robots over the phone or something. Had someone go to Rock Springs to get two gallons of paint Sunday, she got the wrong color. I paid for the newest paint called Dynasty. Cost me a pretty penny. I asked if there was anyway to just swap the two gallons for the exact color I needed, which is just plain white. I have to drive an hour and half down there, and instead of being helped out, just pay again for another two gallons of paint. Not very good hospitality, or service at all. They wouldn’t even consider helping me out, it’s insulting and disrespectful. Learn to have some compassion seriously..
