The kid that helped us today was very nice and polite. We had ordered online, had the order number and everything. The NASTY female at the front as we were walking out demand to see our receipt, and accused us of stealing our things that we had paid for! I understand that you need to check, but she was condescending and so rude that we will NEVER, EVER set foot in this store again! The nice guy that helped us even came up and asked her what she was doing,and she repeated that she was making sure that we had a receipt and wasn't just walking out without paying. I have NEVER stolen anything in my life!! Called and spoke with the store manager and all he said was that he will talk to her. Really? Nothing about an apology or any kind of customer service. I have been a manager for 22 years, and NEVER treated ANYONE with such disrespect!!!!!!We will tell everyone to drive to Billings for any contractors or DIY people!

I have never been so displeased with costumer service in my life!! I have tried several times to contact Home Depot in a effort to receive my refrigerator and instead of contacting me (the person receiving it) they have decided to contact my mom. I’ve been hung up on and put on hold for the past 3 hours. I am 18 and have been living on my own. I have been very good about payments so there is no reason I should be discriminated against because of my age. I am paying good money for this appliance and I won’t be buying from them again.

I purchased an LG refridgerator and asked for it to be delivered and installed. When the driver arrived, he unloaded the appliance and wheeled it off the loading gate. Then he comes and measures my front door, finding the fridge is too deep to clear the door. Then he tells me he can't remove the doors. Even though the instructions say to do exactly that. If Depot will not do what it takes to deliver a product, get out of the delivery service!

It's Home Depot, and a good one as they go. The staff are generally pretty friendly, and I've even had them refer me to other hardware stores when HD doesn't carry what I need.

This is a very clean store. It is a typical home depot, however, employees are so busy doing their assigned tasks. So busy they forget sometimes us customers can't find something. So busy they can't acknowledge us shopping in their store. But besides that it a good corporate site.

I'm not one to leave reviews but this is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. No one knew what they were talking about or where anything was. It took forever to find an employee to even ask where things were. The checkout process was very slow and it took 3 employees to give me a discount for buying in bulk. I purchased a pallet of rocks and paid for them at the register. I walked over with an employee that said someone would meet us over there to load them in my truck. I waited 30 MINUTES for the one person in the whole store that could drive the forklift. (It was not a busy time for the store. 7:00pm on a Wednesday) When loading the pallet, he was not careful and ran into and bent other trim pieces in my truck. He then pressed the pallet up against my toolbox. The employees lacked a helpful attitude and an overall understanding of tools/materials. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.

Custom ordered a window and slider on 9/9. Didn’t hear anything until this threatening letter. It’s dated 11/15, but we received it on 12/9. Apparently the person who took our order didn’t update our phone number, even though we went through all that. When I called the number on the letter I was told that they “couldn’t reach us” (funny, you reached us by mail- would a simple postcard be too much?) and that this letter is “store policy”. (No mention of the door on this letter)It must also be policy that neither of these people named on this letter can be bothered in spite of multiple requests.Next time Menard’s.

The store set up a delivery date to drop off our new grill and lawn mower, then, after I took off work for the delivery day tried to last minute change the delivery day, which they weren't even going to notify me about. I had to call them, when they didn't show up! Thankfully they have a manager there (David) who was able to step in and get it taken care of RESPECTFULLY, unlike the two people who did the delivery. After being treated like this by the other staff and delivery persons, I will NEVER again spend money on high dollar items from this location. I'll go to ACE and spend the couple extra bucks to be treated with respect.

Good customer service, they usually have a good stock, and open long enough to get things I need after work. For an indoor lumber yard their wood is not the best quality but other than that no complaints.

I missed the deadline on my survey but I still wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at this store. HUGE shoutout to Mia for being such a wonderful employee. I can't say how much of a help she was. We drove 3 hours to look for a washer. After a day filled with pushy salesmen I was feeling overwhelmed and almost didn't stop by to look here. Mia asked if we needed any help. When I told her what we were looking for she helped us find the washer we were looking for. Never once was she pushy. When I asked her for a few minutes to talk it over with my husband she said of course. That in itself was huge for me! We ended up purchasing the washer. She was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She took such amazing care of us and was beyond kind the entire time. Thanks to Mia we will be back to this store next time we need we are in town. Thank you again Mia and the ladies running the self checkout on 9-18-2021 @ 2:30pm. I can't thank you all enough for the wonderful service we recieved.

Nice clean store. Selection could be better. Lots of items need to be kept in stock longer. It's only June and all the patio furniture, grills, and other summer type things are already being called end of season sales. Why?? Last time I checked, summer lasted until late August!

I was helped by Jose the flooring manager. She was courtesy and very knowledgeable regarding the tile and installation. Jim and Levi also helped me at different times in the flooring department and they were also courtesy and knowledgeable. I have always been helped when required from the greeter,when entering the store, to the associates and cashiers. I am going to have the wood tile porcelain laid, will follow up regarding the installation and look of the flooring installed. Read all 112 reviews which were all positive and gave me suggestions, also bought the tile book which was helpful

I have spent untold hours and umpteen dollars at this establishment over the last few months doing a DIY home update and refresh of flooring, lighting, and etc. The staff here is generally quite helpful and always friendly. Prices are average to good in most areas and the selection and items in stock are huge. Great to have them just a couple blocks away because you always need another tool!

Since the change of management the customer service has went down hill fast. Every special order is lost, late or we pick it up and they don’t give us everything. Communication is almost none. They say they’ll call you back and never so. We live 30+ miles away so every trip cost money. My future business with this Home Depot and others will be extremely less from now on. Management you need to be replaced.

Home Depot Sheridan Refuses to Deliver to Building Site:I have had my order of drywall and framing lumber repeatedly cancelled by the Home Depot in Sheridan, Wyoming. They simply claim it is "winter" and their driver will not take the load over the Big Horn's. Given the occasional winter weather events I told them to just bring the load(s) over when there are clear periods of weather for travel.No matter for how many weeks of clear weather (in the forties at the job site and sun for weeks-little if any snow, clear route 14 with no winter restrictions, etc., they will not deliver). Phone call after phone call....lots of excuses and no action. They insist that they only have "the one driver," no others and he works "six days a week" for that one store. I guess he never takes any time off either? So there is no one else to fill in? Even though we have had other drivers deliver to this address from that store.I moved here from Alaska and know a thing or two about winter weather and can appreciate as well as anyone how to take it safe when there are hazardous driving conditions. However this is simply a storefront that (seemingly) supports one driver that just isn't going to deliver product. UPS, Fed Ex and the Big Horn Coop all deliver to this address during the winter as well as Bloedorn Lumber and a local concrete mixing company.This Home Depot store (Sheridan) is the only store that has refused to deliver.The job site is right on Hwy 14 (like 50 yards off the Hwy) and heavy truck traffic goes by all day long (low boys, cement mixers, flat bed semi's, tractor trailer combinations, fuel trucks combinations, dump trucks and semi trucks hauling trusses, cattle trucks, hay trucks). All of these carriers go back and forth over the Big Horns day and night, seven days a week.I've called as many "store managers" for the Sheridan location as I can as well as the national Home Depot Complaint Departments "online." It has been nothing more than a series of being put on hold and employees with little to no background and even less ability to accomplish any meaningful assistance. Lots of wasted time with no progress.This isn't a surprise to anyone that regularly deals with "big box stores" as you are generally on your own and need to understand what you are doing and how to do it. The store employees come and go....some better than others but don't expect too much.The motivation to shop Home Depot comes from their buying power to provide low pricing and their return policies and so forth.Now...about a month delayed from any delivery of drywall and framing lumber I've seen the pricing for these bulk goods skyrocketing and have now missed what ever reasonable pricing there may have been.This is the thin end of the wedge and I am confident that there is little to nothing that will be done about this however it must be clearly stated that at least in this location the store managers/owner should realize the folly in what they have allowed to take place in lieu of so many contradicting examples of commerce delivery taking place in this same location and region. In short they are backing the wrong horse and perhaps may consider getting a few more "can do attitude" employees recruited instead of maintaining this current stable of hand wringers and excuse makers.The Wyoming winter in this region at least is perhaps one of the most lame periods of the year with very few precipitation events that are well forecasted and reasonably driven around. This area receives seven inches of precipitation/year. How bad could the winter driving be?If all freight carriers had this store's attitude there would literally be nothing supplied for months on end. All they have to say is "it's winter" and nothing more will be done.I don't think the guy who started the Home Depot had this type of service in mind for his customers.

I ordered an electric fireplace to put my t v on. It arrived on the day it was supposed to and i received postings about its arrival. Unfortunately I had to return it the day it arrived. They were very pleasant n gave me a return receipt with in 2 minutes.

We bought a samsung fridge with all the bells and whistles which includes the screen. I believe it’s the most expensive one they had, we got it on sale and I was so pumped. We opt in on the Asurion warranty which added a pretty penny to what we paid. We bought it in June of 2020 and in August of 2021 everything in it stopped working except the screen! We lost thousands in food! Asurion sent three people to fix it. Fast forward to now, December of 2021, we still don’t have a working fridge! Asurion and Home Depot seem to not want to help at all, rudely hang up on my husband a few times and we called and waited patiently for them to fix our fridge. Now, 4 months later, they decided to refund us and not even try to fix our refrigerator! They lost our business and Asurion is very unprofessional!
