I always use Laramie peak motors and most of the time I don’t post my review but when I am very pleased I will post.The service department has come a long ways in the past year. They really do offer great quality service and friendly people. My pickup service was great the team did a fantastic job cleaning and vacuuming. Looks amazing and it truly exceeded my expectations.Chuck is a great guy and I know he has been working hard to have the best quality service and sales team in the business, he is accomplishing his goals and I will be a forever customer of Laramie peak motors.

My experience with the team at Laramie peak motors was by far the BEST teamwork I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was looking to get into something safe and more affordable for my family and Jim and his team nailed it!! They had a used 2015 ford edge with 94,000 miles on it that I was able to trade my 2019 Dodge Durango on. They met what I needed to get out of the Durango, paperwork went smooth as butter and I got to take it home the same day! They even filled the gas tank up and washed it for me before I took her home! Thanks a million Laramie Peak team!!

I rarely take the time to write a review but feel the exceptional service, care and professionalism we received must be formally noted. This summer as my family traveled from Washington DC to Yellowstone we broke down and were towed to Laramie peak motors. Making it to our vacation destination looked unlikely, until the empathetic and hard working individuals in the service department worked overtime on a Saturday to get us back on the road. Not only did they work longer hours when they easily could have gone home, they went to extraordinary lengths to acquire a necessary part that we would otherwise have to wait the whole weekend for. Their kindness literally brought me to tears. I have never experienced this kind of dedication to customer service. I will never forget the kind people there.

Our family was ready to leave Wheatland today after a track meet when the check engine light came on when we were leaving town. Went into service and they were able to check it out to see what the issue was. They had the part on hand to fix the problem and were willing to stay late if needed. We were able to head home in no time.

I walked in to look at used SUVs. The sales representative was knowable about the vehicle. He was not pushy to sell one to me. After a test drive I choose to buy it. The finance service was awesome, 20 minutes later I walked out driving a used car. Two days later I got a call from them see we liked it. Thankyou.

Took truck in for what service said about a 30 min recall. The appointment was at 2pm but dropped the truck off at 8am. Then had to call to get truck back for first night. Neither days did they contact me in regards to truck progress. Had to call at closing each day and see what was going on with the truck.

Staff was polite but unwilling to negotiate on price on a used vehicle on a cash sale. I was happy with the car i bought but unhappy with overall experience do to lack of dealership willing to work with me on the price. Ive bought multiple vehicles this year new and used and Laramie Peak was the only dealership unwilling to work with me. In the future i will bring my business elsewhere.

I went to Laramie Peak Motors after I saw how open and honestly they treated my boyfriend when he traded in his Dodge Challenger for a 2019 F-150. When they say, "Old fashioned service for modern times," they mean it. I was buying a used car for a growing family that needed a little more space on our adventures. First review I have ever left. We rolled into their shop on a day or two before Christmas with -35 degree weather outside and frozen fuel and filters. They were able and willing to get that fixed for us within an hour or so. It was an incredibly nice gesture to do that despite us not being one of their main customers. The price was normal, the experience was great, the people were great, and we were able to continue down the road and reached our destination in time for the holidays. Thank you guys for doing that. You literally saved Christmas for us!

Service dept was very friendly and professional. The work was below acceptable. I think the " TECH" was wrong on his diagnosis of the problems and being charged $175.00 to to clean a slightly corroded battery post and replace a fuse was a little extreme. Have always been very pleased with previous work done.

Laramie Peak Motors seems to be willing to work the hardest to find me the vehicle I want. Other dealerships in the region were contacted and given a list of what we wanted in a vehicle, but Briant and Jessica did their utmost to get us what we were looking for.
