Went there for tile and various items for a master bath remake. They had a fabulous assortment of tile, accent tile, trim, and grout. Glad I had an idea of what I wanted before I went in. Monica was such a great help. She was very knowledgeable, and terrific to work with. She had great patience with me!! I will go back there for our next project!

Great service! We had to wait for the manufacture and delivery of materials but Kings kept us apprised throughout the process. Our installer, Buddy, did a great job of laying down hardwood flooring in three days. He came back when some laminate on our stairs needed extra attention. We are pleased.

From the moment we walked into the store for the first time the service was impeccable. Kathy helped me pick out the perfect flooring and carpet. She kept me informed as to the expected arrival of the product. Once the flooring arrived I did not have to wait to have it installed. Buddy did a great job with the installation. We had a wonderful experience with Howard and Monica! Our flooring turned out amazing and was done pretty quickly! The carpet it nice and very durable for our children. The vinyl is absolutely gorgeous and my favorite part is the stair caps! They are so inviting when you walk in the front door!

We chose the H2O carpet line and after calling all over Wyoming and Billings got the best price right here in town! Kathy was super knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right carpet and pad for our needs. The installation was affordable and extremely professional. You could tell they really knew how to do a quality install. Very happy and would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for new carpet.

Kings Carpet helped design our bathroom from start to finish. I can not say enough good things about all of the people that were involved with this process. They truly made it painless. Donald checked in daily to make sure things were going as planned. Doug and Buddy were amazing with what they did to help with the remodel. We couldn’t be happier with how the bathroom turned out!! We also had them put new flooring in our cabin and once again we couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did! I highly recommend Kings Carpet!

Great store to peruse the many styles and colors of carpeting, vinyl flooring, and tiles. Pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional staff. You could have a good time looking at all of the possibilities for the home of your dreams! Bring your color swatches here; they'll guide you to the best options available. About 5 years ago, I purchased some vinyl flooring for both of our restrooms, and it was quickly and professionally installed. Their advice on what to go with proved to be such an excellent choice, that it looked like it was meant to be! I can hardly remember what had been there before. Very pleased with Kings Carpet One of Worland, WY.

Asked for our estimate and was told as soon as they received it they would send it. Asked again a week and a half later and got it in 30 secs. Then asked for the measurements and no response. I know they are busy with other projects and I don't fault them for that. But I felt "forgotten" I have cash in hand for the remodel and don't need to finance. Otherwise they are really freindly. I hope someone else has a better experience than we got.

We had to take advantage of Carpet One's gaurantee, due to a poor color choice on our part. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient even though they had to do double the work for no additional charge! That would not happen at a big box store.

The new countertops are seriously amazing!! They look like real weathered grey barnwood and the grey wood wall that I picked as the backsplash pulled it all together perfectly with the help of Donald, Kathy and Monica. The contractor that installed the countertop went above and beyond to make it look incredible. Every interaction, whether in person or over the view was met with 5-star satisfaction. So many choices and affordable upgrades for your home without breaking the bank or leaving small town America. #shoplocal
