Ranger Christopher (interpretation) was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. He gave us useful and detailed locations to visit and hike accordingly to the limited time we had. Thanks to him, we had an amazing time, got to see breathtaking views, and got to witness the greatness of Yellowstone. Hope to see him next year.

Great visitor center. One of the most beautiful I have been too. They have info inside with a few cool things to look at. You walk out the back door to a magnificent view of the lake and mountains!

Wish they were open longer in the fall, there was no snow on the roads and they're closed...sad for a stamp collector, but I get it. Loved Teton though

Another great visitor center of Yellowstone. This one focusses on the fires (and consequence, as well as the positive ones!) that happen within Yellowstone. Especially the fire of 1988 gets lot of attention for the right reasons. Definitely a visit worth!

It isn't really open. You do have a ranger answer questions outside. There is a nice view of the lake.

The location is great and the lodge was clean and good but the bed seemed worn out and one was against a wall on the side. The dinning hall was losing staff because it was the end of the season and things were not going smoothly though everyone was friendly. One of our keys didn't work and I had to go back to the registration center to replace the keys. Overall we enjoyed the visit but there were some kinks.

Small general store located in the Grant village area. Has a good selection of Souvenirs including T shirts cups towels chairs mugs They even had some specialty items for the anniversary of Yellowstone as well. They had a small section that was dedicated to camping and backpacking equipment. In the back of the general store as a small grocery store section that has a few Canned and frozen food. The other side of the general store is a small restaurant With basic fast food type meals. If you're looking for basic general supplies this will probably have it.

Nice visitors center with lots to offer. Had a small theater to watch videos about the park. Knowledgeable people to help you plan your stay. Typical gift shop with all the same kind of “Park” gifts etc.

A great place to spend a vacation! Weather you enjoy winter outdoors or summer activities you’ll find an abundance of it wild life is all around. Please keep your distance be bear aware and buffalo and elk and deer are all around. There’s a Yellowstone app on the App Store so you stay informed before and while you’re there...Weather can turn quickly in the fall it’s mild one minute and snow and ice the next... you’ll need a snow mobile to enter the park from November till spring..., we’ve been there 3times in the past 2 years and enjoyed our time there! Enjoy your stay!

Cool little place - they have a lot of information here about the fire of 1988, as well as a bunch of information about the trees and wildlife of Yellowstone. We ended up here for a couple hours when the campground wouldn't let us check in without the person who had made the reservation.

The Visitor center holds good maps and information, the staff is knowledgeable and can be a good source of what to expect. Expect the attitude of "we protect the park" as it is a no nonsense strict park. Remember to check for govt shut downs will close this park at the entrances.

This visitor center offers a beautiful view of the lake (behind it). There is also access to restrooms with running water outside of the center.

Check it out! Great educational section about forest fires in the park. Auditorium plays educational films. Rangers at Grant do an event every night of the summer at 9:30 pm at the amphitheater.

Nice staff but not well informed and the park service and federal government just can't seem to let go of their stupid mask hang ups.

This is a Yellowstone National Park visitor center that focuses on fires and fire controls. There is an emphasis on the 1988 fire. All National Park visitor centers are very friendly and informative for all levels of visitors. The rangers are very helpful and full of knowledge.

Backcountry office experience:I wanted to do a solo hike with as much unique Yellowstone things as possible (wildlife & volcanic stuff), preferably a loop. The stuff patiently explained me all the options, but also said this is closed cause of bear hatching, this is really not advised, the only open loop is this 70 mile thing, ... so ended up with Black Canyon of Yellowstone. The canyon itself was ok (but Black Canyon of Gunnison is way better), but seen a lot of wildlife, especially carcasses (like this half-eaten bison) which I found pretty unique.Anyway, thanks to the office, my stay was enjoyable and safe at the same time. Thanks!

The highlight for our kids was participating in the junior ranger program. The ranger made it fun and educational for everyone and had the most spectacular visual (and tactile!) aids.
