This General store really had a good selection of things one could want. It had lots of souvenirs and other trinkets that one may want. They had a section in the back for some comfort style foods. The had a grocery section for folks who may need to resupply. And of course the have restrooms.I found it interesting that they actually have a rope line for the woman's restroom. I guess they get a lot of folks looking to visit. The restrooms are small with only two stalls in the woman's room, according to the wife. So that's probably the reason it can get a line at times. They have an upstairs that I think had clearance items and such. But I didn't go up there. we only stopped for a snack from the grocery section.I purchased an item and used the cash yourself out area, just to try it. It worked, but refused to print out my receipt, no matter how many times I hit that button. Eventually it went back to start for the next victim. This is why in don't like things like that. I would rather deal with a human with a job. My bad. The employee at the register next to it, says it happens all the time. I should have went to the human. All in all this was one pretty big general store. It was also one very crowded general store. Maybe it was just the time that we were there. It was about 2:30-3pm. It was a nice place though even with all those people.A soon as we left the store we ran into some new friends. I added a picture or two of them as well just to remind folks what this store is all about.

Awesome gift shop! Gifts and souvenirs galore! There is a great selection of items. It was very busy and only 2 people checking people out which took forever. There is also a cafeteria with ice cream.

The store has a good selection of souvenirs. Avoid the deli/restaurant. Clearance section upstairs with really low prices. Some collectible items are nice. They also have a lot of snacks, almost anything you can think of. Good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. As a side note, the Visitor’s Center also has souvenirs but they are different and smaller selection.

Tons of stuff to choose from as far as souvenirs and shirts go. One could get lost in it all. Very clean store and very friendly staff Perfect place to burn some time while your waiting for old faithful to recharge for the show. Great times. Will definitely come back for more

The food was just ok, but insanely over priced. We got 2 hot dogs, a bratwurst, and a supreme pizza. Oh, and an ice cream scoop and 1 soda. We spent over $60...the prices have gone up a ton and it's not worth it.

Wow there is a lot more here than I expected. The pricing on everything is hi but that's normal for the convenience of not having to leave the part. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It's like a 3-minute walk to Old Faithful.

An oasis with food and water. The deli had some good flat bread and ice cream. These came in clutch after a long day exploring Yellowstone.

This store was a great addition to our trips visit. The online store was nice to access for once we got home on some items we sat on. David also went out of his way to provide us an amazing service. He made our experience very personable, and unforgettable once we arrived home!

This store makes a big deal about how the older silverware plates and cups are biodegradable but the problem is they sell tons and tons of bottled water every year. of course the park service allows this. you could fill a jug up with some of the best water in the world but why do that when you can buy stuff that’s been trucked in from hundreds and hundreds of miles which cost money to process to package and to transport and of course have to plastic make that 90% of the plastic never gets recycled or even thrown in the recycling bin. I don’t even know why I bother mentioning things like this. Americans don’t care

Wow. This place is amazing. So much Yellowstone paraphernalia!!Price are premium as to be expected. There is a cafe in the back, however, it’s only drip coffee. For espresso, go next door to the Inn. It’s tucked away on the second floor.

I am 65 years old trying to purchase some wine as a Christmas gift. I didn’t have my license on me but i did have a copy of it front and back on my iphone. The manager said no he had to see it. So i had to leave my wife with her walker in the store while i walked across the parking lot for my ID. The lady at the register said the copy of my license on my phone would have been fine. The manager was no where to be found to look at my license. The absolute lack of common sense is ridiculous. We use photo copies of licenses and insurance cards all day long. If I looked like I was in my twenties trying to pull a fast one maybe I could see his point but I am old, bald and look like the crypt keeper. The manager needs to use better judgement.

This store has a great selection of souvenirs as well as a small grocery area. In the back of the store is a small snack bar that has chili, hot dogs and a few other items. They used to have tables for you to sit at but they were gone when we were there. Prices are typical for a souvenir shop in a national park.

S store was great for basics, bread, butter, cheese, milk. They have one corner of all cold items with the milk and cheese is in. We loved their granola. If you have a skillet they have chacon… are in the park so Price’s will differ with y9u local grocery, but remember how convenient it is….

This is a nice gift shop across from Old Faithful. They have just about everything you might need for your vacation you might have not realized you would need like coats, sweatshirts, socks, gloves, T sirts, camping and hiking supplies, fire wood. They have a small grocery dept and a to go eatery that serves pizza hot dogs and great ice cream. They have a refrigerator section also that sells ready made sandwiches and drinks etc. They have lots of souvenirs and also binoculars. They were super crowded when I was there.

I visited the store on July 20, 2020, with my Son and Daughter, after watching Old Faithful erupt. There is a pretty good selection of gifts, shirts, cups, hats, other apparel and things. Prices are pretty reasonable. Some of the shirt sizes seem like they run bigger that size stated.

Great service from their sales team. Stuff may be a bit overpriced, but what would you expect from a gift shop. Overall would recommend

They have reasonably priced food here. The hamburger & fries were perfect. The bun is grilled and buttered.

Need to enforce some sort of cap on people inside the store. It was like people soup. I’m not even talking about the crowding and Covid levels, it was just not enjoyable to shop because people were on top of each other. Wasn’t even near an eruption. Bathroom wait was 20+ minutes for the ladies room and the checkout line was 10+ minutes. Not an enjoyable shopping experience due to sheer amount of people in the store. I would imagine this will get much better when the Inn gift shop opens soon but until that happens, I wouldn’t go back and it’s a shame because it’s a very decent gift shop.

Convenient general store with a good assortment of the basics that you may need while camping or staying at the lodges. The prices of the items are very reasonable for the location with food costing maybe 10% more than what you would pay in a normal city which is impressive. Souvenirs and misc items are similarly well priced with t-shirts costing between 20 and $30 which is reasonable.

Very nice store but busy and traffic can be challenging. This store is at the heart of the Old Faithful complex. Traffic around this area is a bit challenging and people drove very fast around this area. There were at least 2 detours due to construction adding to the traffic issues. Parking was limited near the store but there were additional lots a short walk away. The store was observing COVID guidelines when we visited by requiring all personnel to wear facemasks including customers and having people enter by one set of doors and leave by different doors. They had lots of stock (souvenirs) and the staff was very friendly and efficient. If you are looking for souvenirs and are willing to deal with the traffic, this would be a good place to shop.

Pamela one of the cashiers that checked us out didn’t. Greet us even after I said hello three times. Pamela made it clear that it was her way or no way. Assumed I would give her the toy my two year old had in her hand to scan. Very rude and honestly felt discriminated. We spent over $300 to feel that we were going to steal a $5.00 toy. Very disappointed and we will never come here again.

The gift shops here are all close too early. No way to enter it. Could you open a little longer maybe until 8pm?

Stop what you are doing and come get ice cream. Get it in a waffle cone. It’s super good-the huckleberry was especially delightful!

They have some pretty neat stuff in there the hot food was OK. Just seemed a little pricey for what you get. But they have a refrigerated area and the prices seem to be better. They were limiting the amount of people to be inside at once. So there was a little bit of wait.

Old Faithful General Store. It is one of the stores at the Yellow Stone National Park. This one has located a little bit in the center a bit far away from Yellowstone Lake. For me, this is a good place to stop by for a while. You can have coffee, tea, soda or other drinks there. You can eat as well for there's a restaurant inside the shop, the menus are light foods but some quite heavy.Otherwise, you can buy a snack or candies and souvenir from Yellow Stone like a keychain, mug, banner, t-shirt, clothes, and many other things. Most of the souvenirs related to the handicraft of American native tribes, Bison, and the showcase of this National Park.Nice shop and crowded with visitors.
